Better year selecetion for Archived Work Requests
When selecting a year for generating e.g. the problem type report, it is apparently possible to only select a year for the "Calendar Year" option.
Apparently, there is no way to select a year for the "Fiscal Year" option, because the Pulldown is right next to the Calendar Year option.
However, the pulldown refers to both and should be arranged differently.

Building Ops - Maintenance Console - Work Request - Documents and Activity - Additional Document and Activity.
When a WR is at requested stage there is a list of users that are able to take action on the request (approve and estimate). Once the WR is issued the users that did not take action should be either hidden from the view or removed from the activity log. Warning when closing without saving
When closing any popup or screen, if the data has not been saved, display a warning message allowing the user to either confirm closing without saving or saving.
It has been done in some console like the Asset Lifecycle Console.

Building Operation Maintenance Console - Actions button field Auto size to the amount of action buttons shown on the users view. Where there is one button shrink field size to suite. This gives more real estate availability. The same for date Work requested column. It needs to be made small by wrapping the header.

Enhanced Support for Units Conversion & Georeferenced CAD Files
Presently when using the Esri Geospatial Extensions and ArcGIS for AutoCAD one must XREF a floor plan into a map and scale it in order to publish accurately. This appears to be because ARCHIBUS will not calculate areas correctly if the CAD drawing units are set to decimal feet. Presently ArcGIS for AutoCAD does not provide any maps that use inches as the base unit nor can the maps scale to match a drawing using architectural units.
This workaround could be eliminated if ARCHIBUS could recognize decimal feet vs architectural units for floor plans. Then individual CAD files could be…

Ability to Hide Floor Plans in Workplace Portal for select Roles
Certain user roles, specifically guests and external vendors need to be restricted from seeing floor plans. The issue is coming up a lot for Workplace Portal, but is really a system-wide need. There should be the ability to hide floor plans from defined users roles. Either through security groups or an application parameter.
Then, users without floor plans, need to default to a list of rooms for Booking Conference Rooms, Desks and Service Requests. In other areas of Archibus, they would either not see the button to show a floor plan or clicking the button would show a generic message…

Hatches do not print in PDF for handicap accessibility markers. Would like the ability to have those show when printing.

Add email adress in the Space console for filtering people to be located
Email adress is key in big companies to identify quickly the right people to be located in the space console, because of many close names, user codes or full names.
Single way to guarantee the right identification of people and that would help a lot in terms of productivity, efficiency.
Some countries in Asia have specificities in names of people which are very long and often very close the ones from the others.2 votes -
Task in Web Central that could bulk upload a schedule maintenance and steps
Develop a tool or task within Web Central that could bulk upload the PM task and PM schedule. I think it would be helpful than doing it one by one. The user will have an option to bulk upload or record it one by one. The tool will just have two simple steps for example - just upload schedule and task. And then the tool will auto populate the tables necessary for successful WO generation. Maybe a template file would be necessary for task and schedule.

Special Caracter's in Search function (e.a. Desk Booking)
We have received feedback from the users regarding the SEARCH functionality in the Hoteling (desk booking) application.
The search requires to use the exact spelling. It creates difficulties for employees with special characters in name or surname (for example: Børis (Ö, ø …)).
Our request is to enhance the search functionality to return all possible existing names (børis, Böris, boris) even if the user enters Boris in the search field.

The data transfer via csv should better check the structure of the import file.

Keep Work Request Status as a Displayed Field Heading in Maintenance Console After Exiting the Screen
In Maintenance Console, the Status field heading is not displayed because the default grouping is by Status. If you change the display to group by another field such as Building, then you must manually add the Status field heading under Select Fields to view the status in Maintenance Console. However, once you exit Maintenance Console, the Status field heading is reset to not display by default.
It would be nice if the Status field heading remained even after leaving Maintenance Console.

Platform integration with cloud storage services
As an administrator, in order to reduce the size of the database, I would like to offload activity log and data event log records to an AWS S3 bucket or Azure blob storage.
This integration or connector can also be used in coordination with other services for example:

Enhance Revit integration : units handling should be available for all Revit base units (also for temperature, volume, luminous int., ...)
Revit uses an internal base unit system (see attached screenshot) and only converts the units in the UI for the Revit user, based on the projects/user's preferences.
When mapping Revit parameters with units other than for area and length to ARCHIBUS, the base units are not converted to the ARCHIBUS user's preferences.
For now ARCHIBUS has only set up conversion rules for area and length values, but not for values destined for temperature, volume, or any other field type.

Revision to Space Console quick search functionality after 2022.02 does not allow user to select 1 floor to display at a time
In version 2022.02 you can enter information into the quick search and a drop down list of floors that meet your criteria displays. You select the floor and the floorplan automatically loads on the right panel. This is a quick and easy way to search for and display 1 floor at a time.
In version 2022.04 the quick search gives you a room list result and you must check the box next to the floor you want.
This change has eliminated the user friendly quick search if the end user easily wants to search for just 1 floor.

Work Request shouldn't be closed with pending Satisfaction Survey
Currently Supervisors are able to Close work requests with pending satisfaction survey. Some managements require this to be completed before closing and being able to track their ratings for customer service improvement.

Portfolio Edit Wizard - Restrict location fields based on higher level location data
Within the Portfolio Edit Wizard, restrict the options for what a user can put in a location field based on what higher level location fields they've already completed. So for example, if I put Hawaii as the State Code, I shouldn't then be able to input an address in Address 1, Postal Code or Property Code for a location in Ohio.
