Showing and Accessing Enumeration List
One way of telling if there is an enumeration list for a field is that an ellipsis displays when you mouse over it. For example in the Add New Building screen. Sometimes there's a delay between when you mouse over and when it displays. Could the ellipsis be displayed all the time rather than only when you mouse over it?
Also, if you tab across fields, please display the ellipsis to tell you there's an enumeration list and change it so I can hit enter or something to bring up the options in the enumeration list.

Add New Building - Tab through related fields
Improve the order in which you tab through the fields in the Add New Building screen by either redesigning the layout or changing what field tab moves you to. At present if I tab through the fields I don't do all of the location-related fields consecutively. For example I go from Building Name > Region Code > Date Book Value Assessed > Building Photo > State Code.
So in that example there two fields unrelated to location in between the location-related fields.

Consistent Selection Mechanism
When moving through the platform, it's inconsistent how you select a particular item. For example in the Edit Existing Building screen it's a tick box to select a building then mouse up to the select icon (which doesn't look like a button). But in the Lease Portfolio Console there's no tick box for the building you want to select, and no select icon to then click. Instead you just click on one of the fields for the item you want to select.

Move - Notify move coordinator when actions status is updated
Hello Eptura team,
When a move is requested, the move coordinator (the one who manages the move) can assign actions to a craftsman. The craftman is notify by email which is good.
An additionnal notification could be sent to the move coodinator when everytime the status of the action is updated (In progress - on hold - completed - etc.). It will be easier for the move coordinator to manage the moves.Thank you

Enhanced Scheduling of Craftsperson labour assignments date and time and geolocation
Background function – When PM are auto generated via Service Level Agreement, the Craftsperson assigned and work requested assigned dates are generated by a calculation from the Date to first do on the PMS table.
The Craftsperson assigned and work requested assigned Time is generated by the Service Window on the SLA and the time is defaulted to the earliest start time on the Service level agreement.Problem

Locker filters to apply to quick reports
When we run the locker report from lockers even though Currently when filter/s are applied to show sites needed, using the quick report still shows all lockers regardless of filter.

Allow Homepage Page Building Metrics tiles to be clickable
The Building Metrics tiles on the Homepages should be clickable allowing the user to launch a report view. The option should be configurable in the Manage Homepage Wizard, allowing the system to launch Space Console or Lease Console, restricted to the building code selected. This will be great for demos and offer the client an easy way to navigate the system.

Promote Customised or other fields to available fields for grid pages
We are now able to easily add customised fields and would like to make them visible in the available fields when selecting fields to be added to the grid. It would be good to allow this without having to engage someone to customise the .axvw file. SAS users would also benefit from this.

Bring back the Conference/Meeting room kiosk mode
The Conference/Meeting room kiosk mode was silently removed. It sounds like the default direction since 2022.02 was to force staff to use the workplace dashboard view.

Service Level Agreement Mandatory Field Selection
Problem:
When additional steps such as "Approve", "Estimate" or "Schedule" are added to a Service Level Agreement. you only need to click on the "Estimate" button to move to the next step and so on. This means you can simply move through the step with no addition of a "Trade" for example. The resulting WR will have no trade which has ongoing problems with the visibility of WR to users.Solution:

Reservation
Reservation Editing determined by group allowed to approve or additional field/security group. Currently without the Reservation Manager security group assigned, a user can only edit (per my understanding) a reservation that they created or where they are the requested for/by. Many clients, especially in government, have groups that manage large sets of rooms and need the ability to edit any reservation that falls into that group. There is a need for a field or security group to allow full edit rights to any reservations that falls into a set of rooms, without having to give access to edit every reservation.

Do not display certain Step Log Steps

When a WR is are requested stage there are multiple people that are able to take action, such as issuing the WR. when the action is completed, all of the other "possible people" remain visible. Keep Web Central up to date with new features going into Workplace
Hoteling is a prime example where enhancements in recent versions are only in Workplace and not in Web Central. Fort existing customers that have been using Hoteling, for example, in web central for a long time and paying software subscription they shouldn't have to take on the effort (and costs) of switching to workplace to get new features.

Space Console Smart Search - show matched floors in Floors panel
Currently, Space Console Smart Search shows a list of matched floors in the dropdown list, where users can select one at a time to load the floor plan. (see ShowFloorsInDropDown.png)
Is there a need to show all matched floors in the Floors panel so that users can review the floors' metrics and pick one or more floors as needed? (see ShowMatchedFloorsInFloorsPanel.png)

Support tools to investigate SVLive messages
Have the ability for support to view SVLive messages sent from devices and see the data within the message (e.g. username, machine name, switch IP, switch port, WiFi BSSID etc).
Additionally, it will be very useful from a support perspective to create a report on the data fields within the message to summarize and see unique data, e.g. see which usernames were not matched against the Serraview People database, so we can share with the customer where the exact issue may be

Notify me when a workspace becomes available on a floor that is currently fully booked
When I try to book and receive the message that the floor is fully booked I would like the option to request a notification to advise me if a space becomes available on the date and in the space that I was requesting (example: If someone cancels their reservation).
