    Floorplan Block Report - Scenario Planning

    I need the option to modify filters on the Floorplan Block report for Scenario plans - is there an option to include a drop down to select the data from a Scenario, and not just a snapshot?

    Admins can go to VBS configuration to specify parameters for the floorplan block report in Scenario Planning

  2. Merge 'Find a Desk' & 'Find a Person' tabs

    Instead of having a tab for 'Find a Desk' & 'Find a Person', combine them so available desks show as orange and occupied desks show as blue on the one screen.

  3. Only include bookable space availability in Find a Space

    When on the Level page of a Building, only include bookable spaces in availability count, not all revealed spaces on that floor e.g. x of x spaces available

  4. User Security

    Hi team, this is a question rather than a suggestion. Can you please help me to navigate where can I add a person to User Security who is not in the active directory (not in Peoples tab) from the HR feed, but an external person? I cannot find this option in the new version. If I click on Add Person, I can only choose from the existing people.

  5. Need to be able to select Multiple space types in Report 67 Space report

    Currently only one space type can be selected. need to be able to select multiple within a single report.

  7. Consistent features between VBS, Space Viewer and Workplace

    Some features are available in VBS, but not space viewer of workplace and the other way around.
    Examples:
    - Search is available in space viewer, but not VBS
    - Search by address is available in VBS, but not space viewer
