Consistent features between VBS, Space Viewer and Workplace
Some features are available in VBS, but not space viewer of workplace and the other way around.
Examples:
- Search is available in space viewer, but not VBS

We have deferred adding a search feature to VBS, as it does not appear to be something many people are asking for.

Prevent drop down option for virtual floors in floor plan upload
We have remote workers and the way we handle this issue is to have a NUS (non user of space) floor and a Unassigned floor for those people who are new hires and have not been assigned a desk or assigned as NUS.
Is it possible to put in a logic for these virtual floors to not have a floor plan uploaded to them (prevent them to have a drop down on the floorplan upload). I've made a mistake of uploading a drawing to a retail site that only has one floor and accidentally uploaded to the NUS floor (which…

Merge 'Find a Desk' & 'Find a Person' tabs
Instead of having a tab for 'Find a Desk' & 'Find a Person', combine them so available desks show as orange and occupied desks show as blue on the one screen.

Show fire warden or first aider in locator
Option to see additional information for a person - to see whether they are a fire warden or a first aider.

Add in Feature in Locator Spaces (Meeting rooms to have Presentation and Boardroom Feature)
Good Morning :)
In locator spaces, would it be possible to have Boardroom and Presentation style added onto Capacity. Having both options would be extremely beneficial to Brisbane as we cater to both styles.
Boardroom style is a standard "sit down around a table" approach which caters for a smaller capacity.
Presentation style is used for high capacity meetings where tables are not needed.

External people
Hello :) I was wondering if it was possible to be able to create a team or add in a user for external people.
With external people working within the Brisbane office, we are wanting to capture those people and assign them selected desks. This will be able to help greatly with our reporting.3 votesHi Jasmine

The ability to '+add a person' manually is already available within the Serraview 'People Directory'.

Remove Occupant from Workpoint in VBS, but Keep in Team/Floor/Building
As an Occupancy Planner and general Serraview User
I would like the ability to remove an occupant from a workpoint, without removing the occupant from the Team/Floor/Building
So that I can more easily manage fixed/flexi teams and anchor spaces.Currently, the only way to remove an occupant in VBS is via the Space Form, either by changing the space from fixed to flexi, or by removing the occupant via the Space Data tab. Add show in vbs filter option into Assets
Please add in the ability to filter for 'showinvbs' buildings in the assets tab, when searching for lockers it is outputting project buildings in the filter fields.
If possible please also first sort by 'showinvbs' so that project buildings dont appear first as results when trying to filter.

Snapshot Reporting is not including Buildings that have since been removed
I've been running Report 232, Capacity & Opportunity, and trying to extract occupancy information to look at trends during COVID so I'm using Snapshots (which we automatically created every 2 weeks). These reports, as I'm sure affects others, wont report on Buildings that existed at the time, eg. the former TGA site, but will only report on Buildings that exist now.
I can see that I can no longer select the old TGA site when selecting Region/Building/Floor as it no longer is available in the list, but if I select ACT or Australia then it would be nice to be…2 votesThere was insufficient interest in this idea over the past several years for us to take it into consideration for development. Snapshots cannot retrieve information on data that has been permanently deleted.
If you want reports on historical data that has since been deleted, please use Insights dashboards, or consider automating certain reports to run twice a month.

NABERS ratings are another data field which could be added to Serraview.

Add Secured Actions to View/Edit Others' Service Requests
As a client admin,
I want to be able to restrict permissions for our Space Planners
So that they will only have access to Service Requests they create, or are otherwise assigned to.Currently, users who have the secured action Service Requests - Access are able to view and edit all SRs, regardless of the creator/assignee.

Only include bookable space availability in Find a Space
When on the Level page of a Building, only include bookable spaces in availability count, not all revealed spaces on that floor e.g. x of x spaces available

Add Summary Field to Service Request Emails
Would be nice to be able to have a parameter added to the emails to include what entered as the summary of the service request so that if you are someone who submits numerous service requests, it's easy to tell which one has been closed.

Color By Option in Spaces Module
I would like to create a new color by function for spaces that would allow people to see space types based off their need. For instance, separating different collaborative spaces so workers can find them easier. This will highlight conference rooms based off capacity, focus rooms, open collaborative spaces, offices, and workstations.
The idea is to be able to create a list for the Color By function with only the space types workers would need to use.1 voteUsers can already highlight rooms based off capacity by selecting Number of Seats from the dropdown menu in Spaces. Serraview also supports turning different space types on and off in the standard Space Type view, so planners can focus on only specific space types or categories. You're also able to define Classification and Function at the Space Type level. While Function is a closed set of options, admins can add keywords to the Space Classification. Additionally, Serraview offers the custom Color By function, to allow users to differentiate spaces based on custom criteria set at the individual Space level rather than the Space Type level.

Delete teams via import
We should be able to delete team via import not only add them.

Have a priority drop down menu with tickets being raised, so attention is given to business critical items when raised.
When we are raising tickets, can we please have a drop down of five point priorities (ie. P5 being 'Planning stage', and where P1 is business critical, and needs to be addressed urgently).
This would allow us to 'triage' our tickets to apply support in the most required areas, and ensure we limit any down time, or issues.
