People Directory additional fields
People Directory needs to include:
- Assigned workpoint
- Start & End Date

clear occupancy from people list
Add in the ability to clear a persons occupancy from the people directory menu. If I search a person and see they are in a location when they shouldn't be I'd like to have a "remove from location" button right there on their record so I don't have to go to the VBS and search for them again to remove them

Notifications for Persons added to People Directory
It would be excellent to have a system notification or summary pop-up that notifies users that a person has been added to the People Directory so that the local admins can review and action. We have holding floors created for our sites that does aid towards identifying new additions but for those admins covering regional sites, they may not automatically check this without being prompted.

Enhanced searching categories
In the People Directory, have the search functionality across all categories (including employee number, system logon, first name, last name, job title, email).
There are limitations in searching when in particular the employee number and system logon are different (as currently it is only searching Employee Number) which can lead to false search results without knowing any other detail.
Recommend making all the categories available to be searched.1 vote
