  1. Add an "Auto Plan" button that will leverage artificial intelligence to automatically re-stack a building/series of buildings to be more efficient - co-locating business units who need to work together; freeing up contiguous space that may be sub-let or used for another project; etc using the smallest number of moves (and thus cost)

  2. Configurable option to define how many days or weeks in advance the desks/spaces can be booked in advance per building, floor or space.

    Examples:
    - At 12pm Friday, open bookings for the following week
    - All hot desks can only be booked on the day
    - Selected desks can be booked 4 weeks in advance, while default is only 1 week in advance (or the reverse)
    - Building A can be booked 2 weeks in advance, Building B can be booked 1 week in advance

This can be time consuming and is not scalable when clients have hundreds or thousands of WAPs.

Even if we could import the WAPs to a specific floor to allow us to then move their location on the floorplan would be great.

Or at least add a default naming convention when mapping a WAP. At the moment when a WAP is mapped, the container has a blank name. This means that we are…

  4. Currently booking report 345 will show the booked for as “team booking”, and not a persons name, so if there’s an internal requirement to report on who had a desk booked, difficult to do. Enhancement to reporting element, to report on attendee - if a person did not accept and select a desk, keep cell as Team booking. if a person accepts and selects the desk, cell to show persons name.

  6. Certain businesses are required to follow regulatory guidelines regarding cybersecurity; one such guideline, New York Department of Financial Services Cybersecurity Regulations (23 NYCRR Part 500), requires that any platform hosting non-public data from covered entities (such as employee PII) must be protected by MFA. Most folks can handle this via their SSO configurations, but there are cases where that is not feasible. In those cases, the ability to deploy, at a minimum, a TOTP phone based authenticator token would be greatly appreciated.
