  1. Additional Report Detail Needed in help.serraview.com

    Descriptions and screenshots exist for built-in reports in help.serraview.com. Additional details would prove very helpful such as including the formulas for calculations and an explanation of each column header.

    Here is an example using report #221: https://help.serraview.com/display/SVEN/221+Badge+Swipe+Portfolio+Utilization+Report

    How is Utilization calculated? Define "Unknown" and "Visitor" under Entrants.
