  1. Remember Last Loaded/Viewed Floor when switching between modules

    If you look up a building in VBS go to other tab (e.g. configuration) and return to VBS, populated building is lost and you need to re-open the building once more.

    The same applies for Space Viewer. Opened building is lost once you leave Space Viewer.

    An enhancement has been released to Serraview, which will retain the last loaded VBS floor when switching between modules in Serraview.

  2. Enable the use of left/right arrow keys to move team selection in the stack

    In version 2, you are able to select a team on the VBS stack with your mouse, then use the left and right arrow keys to change your selection.

    Can you please bring this back in version 3?

    This is particularly useful for selecting really small teams on large floors.

  3. Allow users to increase/decrease font size for labels in Space Viewer and VBS

    Bring back the functionality from 2.0 allowing users to adjust the size of the Space Name/Emp Name labels in VBS and Space Viewer

  4. "Show in VBS" Filter

    In Serraview 2.0 Buildings & Floors, there was a filter that would show/hide buildings depending on the "Show in VBS" value.

    That appears to be missing now - is this something we can get back?

  5. Labels in Space Viewer should allow you to independently turn on/off Space Name, & Employee Name

    Labels in Space Viewer now show Employee Name which is an enhancement over 2.0 but we should be able to turn off Emp Name if we only want to display Space Name.

  6. Display a session time out message and re-log in prompt

    When I leave Serraview open and come back to it after my configured session time out, I will only see errors when attempting to make changes.

    Can we please have a session time out message appear, and provide a prompt to re-login or automatically refresh the browser to start a new session?

  7. Enable Zone-only selection in Space Viewer

    When uploading floorplans, part of validation is to check the Zone boundaries in Serraview. Please enable the selection of the Zone only in Space Viewer so I can see this space type in isolation. This option is also missing from #67 Space Report.

  8. Remember Group By/Colour By Option

    Currently when leaving VBS in 3.0 and returning, the Group By and Colour By options revert to a standard of grouping by Org Unit to a Team Level. If I make a change to this, it would be useful to retain the options I select so that I don't need to input them again after re-entering the module.

    VBS will retain your group by selection between sessions until the cache is cleared in your browser.

    When you change the group by level, close your browser and come back later it will remember your group by level.

  9. Can help topics open in a new tab?

    When clicking a help topic it opens in the current tab. Would be great if help topics opened in a new tab, so you can easily flick between the help topic and the Serraview module you have requested help for. I'm aware you can hold CTRL when clicking a link to open in a new tab, though I'm not sure how widely known this is.

  10. Auto-populate a Service Request with the cost center of the requester

    When selecting the requestor for a Service Request can Serraview populate the requesters Cost Center automatically?

  11. Sort Role column (A-Z) rather than (Z-A)

    By default, the Role column under Admin > User Security > Roles should be sorted alphabetically, rather than reverse-alphabetically (A-Z rather than Z-A)

  12. Enhance Outlook/Exchange integration to add an all day booking to a users Outlook calendar after booking a workspace.

    When a user books a workspace, an all day booking should be placed on their outlook calendar so they have all meetings and work locations in one view. The booking should be shown as Free Time not to block a users calendar automatically.

    After you have made a desk reservation, Engage sends out Engage Reservation email that includes an ICS file for the booking time.

    Check in Reminder emails need to be tailored to each time zone. In Ireland currently we receive the email from 1am the same day. By the time the work day starts the email is already lost. Receiving the email at 10 or 11am wold be much more effective.

  14. Search results list box should include a scroll-bar for navigation

    Include visible scrollbars on the search results lists when searching for a desk, space or person via the Browser version. Currently this requires the mouse wheel to scroll or keyboard arrow keys to move up down. There is no indication that there could be other applicable values beyond what is displayed

  15. Add Free and To Do options in SLC (Storage, Lockers, Carpark)

    In SV2.0, there were options for Free and To Do in SLC.

    Also looking to create three quick filters:

    • Filter showing that the future owner is blank
    • Filter showing that the current owner is blank
    • Filter showing that the current and future owner are different
