Audit Logs
It seems like Audit Logs in 3.0 are not as robust as they were in 2.0. I used to be able to see who, what, and when changes were made at the building, floor, space levels... now it seems I can only see general changes in VBS? I would really love to see a return of something like the 2.0 Audit Log.

The Serraview Audit tool has been released and is now live! Audit Search contains the changes made to the Serraview data in the areas: Access Card, Asset, Building, Configuration, Custom Fields, Desk Booking, Floor, Neighborhood, Org Unit, Person, Role, Space, Tag, Team, or User. Add Reporting tab to Scenario Planner
Users can no longer access the reports tab from within Scenario Planner, meaning they have to utilise quick reports. Quick reports are able to be modified, but the process of modifying these is not suitable for small edits.
Consider adding the ability to run reports off of scenario planner so that parameters can be edited.

Measure distance between two points when re-designing space
As a Space Planner, I want to quickly be able to measure the distance between two points when considering redesign options. In 2.0 we had the Measure Line tool, which helped save me a lot of shoe leather! Enhancements to this could be the ability to draw more than one line, and the ability to print lines I draw.

Remember Last Loaded/Viewed Floor when switching between modules
If you look up a building in VBS go to other tab (e.g. configuration) and return to VBS, populated building is lost and you need to re-open the building once more.
The same applies for Space Viewer. Opened building is lost once you leave Space Viewer.

An enhancement has been released to Serraview, which will retain the last loaded VBS floor when switching between modules in Serraview.

Make it easier to view and select smaller teams in VBS
It is currently very difficult to view smaller teams of ~4 staff in VBS, as when you hover over these teams in the floor block it jumps from one to another, meaning you cannot select the one you are after as easy as version 2.
64 votesClicking the pin icon on the teams tab allows you to select smaller teams, even empty teams with 0 workpoints and 0 people. The team stack also expands when you hover your mouse over it, making it easier to select.

Add paint brush/roller in VBS and Scenario Planner
We really like an use frequently the paint brush tool for single point/click blocking of desks and spaces. Paint roller is good but with it not turning off automatically, we risk changing the allocation of desks this way.

Alternative employee search options
Searching by name is sometimes problematic when people’s official name is different from the name they are known by or used in their email address. To avoid this frustration I typically search for people using their e-mail address. Could we search for people by name, email address ?

Enable the use of left/right arrow keys to move team selection in the stack
In version 2, you are able to select a team on the VBS stack with your mouse, then use the left and right arrow keys to change your selection.
Can you please bring this back in version 3?
This is particularly useful for selecting really small teams on large floors.

Notification of System Upgraded or Outage
Ability to display a banner in the system when it has been upgraded or there is an outage occurring.

Adjust Polylines/Mapping in Serraview 3
As per Serraview 2, we need the ability to add and adjust the polylines/shapes of rooms/desks on the floorplan, just like we could do within "Mapping" within Serraview 2.
This is so that we can:
a. quickly adjust spaces without having to wait to a CAD technician to make changes
b. load floorplans from PDF/image where we can't readily get access to a CAD drawing.51 votes -
Post-Move BOS Report
As a MAC/Occupancy Planner or Manager
I would like to download a report of completed BOS moves after they've been implemented
So that I can review which employees moved, along with their previous and current locations.Currently, after a BOS project is implemented, the rows containing that information disappear from the grid.
49 votesA filter was added to BOS, which allows MAC Planners to "Show Published Moves". Whether or not a move has been implemented is also included in the BOS report.

Display area for in Buildings and Floors Module
Display the area for buildings and floors on the tab for each building and floor within the Buildings and Floors module. Right now, you can only see Gross Area of the whole building in the main module page.

VBS Restricted Viewing
Similar to Workplace, it would be good to be able to restrict what buildings/floors users have access to in the VBS.
This would make it easier for companies with higher security requirements to comply with their companies policies.

CSV Report Format
In 3.0 the option to download report in CSV format is missing.

Filter People Directory using Location
Add the ability to filter the people directory using the assigned location, similar to how you can filter using the org unit.

Allow users to increase/decrease font size for labels in Space Viewer and VBS
Bring back the functionality from 2.0 allowing users to adjust the size of the Space Name/Emp Name labels in VBS and Space Viewer

Enhance API Functionality
Enhance the REST API to allow greater flexibility for integrating Serraview with 3rd party tools / systems. Including:
1. Provide access to all of the tables within Serraview
2. Allow for inserting, updating and deleting data within SerraviewThis enhancement should include people, org, asset and security modules.

Icons/Pins - Emergency Exit, Fire Alarms, Printers, Cameras etc.
OBJECTS icon available to be placed on floorplan example Emergencies Exits, Printer Objects, Cameras, Fire Alarms, Heart defibrillator etc.
Once these are place on the floorplan, users have the option to view these object base on selection and print the floorplans in Space Viewer, VBS & Reporting.

Location visibility on Service Request grid
Add a location to the SR initial page - from location, to location or location of the requestor would help to identify unassigned SR more easily.
