  1. As a Space Planner,
    I would like to be able to collapse the right-side menu items in the Spaces, VBS, and Scenario Planner modules
    So that I can more easily see the full floorplan. This is especially difficult for screens with smaller resolution, or for when trying to conduct a presentation or demo.

  3. Currently there is an option to add photos into Spaces. This is helpful for the end user

    However, there isn't any reporting that tells us what spaces have photos added. Without reporting, there's no way to keep these photos updated as sites go under renovation.

    1. we have no idea what spaces have photos
    2. we have no idea how old those photos are, unless someone was kind enough to include that in their file name (which is rare)

    I'd love reporting to have these parameters:
    Building info (building number/name)
    Space info (space name/number/type)
    Photo info (name of file (hyperlink perhaps?), date…

    An enhancement has been released to Serraview to better support dynamic BSSID ranges in Wireless Access Points.

  5. Check in Reminder emails need to be tailored to each time zone. In Ireland currently we receive the email from 1am the same day. By the time the work day starts the email is already lost. Receiving the email at 10 or 11am wold be much more effective.

    Serraview Insights offers a number of reports, visual dashboards and floorplan visualisations which provide details on space utilisation from Engage booking data, SVLive, Sensors, Badge and other activity sources.

  7. Can you please bring back the red dot indicating a report is completed running when you are in the reporting module? I have to return to the home tab each time to determine if the report has run and available for viewing.
    In the previous version of Serraview the red dot appeared indicating the report was ready to view. This is frustrating when you are trying to run multiple reports and you have to return to the home tab each time to select the 'recently run reports' folder to see if the spinning wheel icon is present indicating the report…

  9. Allow clients to turn off the function "This request is for someone else" for new service requests so people can't submit a request on behalf of someone else.

    The ability to customise the New Service Request form is now available.


    Section titles and questions on the New Service Request Form (including Serraview standard fields) can now be created or removed, marked as mandatory and re-ordered.


    Move related configuration can also be hidden from non-move related request types.


    This customisation can be different for each service request type, so each request type can have a unique service request template.

  10. Include visible scrollbars on the search results lists when searching for a desk, space or person via the Browser version. Currently this requires the mouse wheel to scroll or keyboard arrow keys to move up down. There is no indication that there could be other applicable values beyond what is displayed

  11. When a user books a desk for themselves/others, it would be a much better customer journey if the calendar appointment showed as an "All Day" meeting. Also, if the user didn't have to open the calendar invite and save it/send to themselves and just automatically went into the user's calendar. This is what our previous desk booking system did and this feature is missed greatly by our staff.

    After you have made a desk reservation, Engage sends out Engage Reservation email that includes an ICS file for the booking time.

    I would like to be able to delete buildings and floors
    So that I can more effectively manage the properties in my portfolio.

  14. We need to be able to give people (roles) access to certain Insights Dashboards yet have other Dashboards (with sensitive info) which are only available to some roles. Right now users either have access to ALL Dashboards or NONE which is very limiting.

    An enhancement has been delivered to Serraview to provide secure access control to different Insights Dashboards.

  15. Being an enterprise business platform, especially with Engage, it would be excellent to have a service status page for Serraview and Engage to provides real time issues with these platforms similar to https://status.zoom.us/

    This would allow us to report to key stakeholders and the business on any interruptions to services to set expectations and monitor.

  17. 1019 Proximity report does not run if Region / Building / Floor parameters are not selected. Can I suggest making the Region / Building / Floor field mandatory (so the report does not fail) or include an “ALL” feature to select all regions.

  19. It will be great for the locator to show a global search bar so users don’t have to select a building before being able to search. The use cases is for companies with a lot of buildings in the same campus and people don’t know what building users are.

  20. When a user books a workspace, an all day booking should be placed on their outlook calendar so they have all meetings and work locations in one view. The booking should be shown as Free Time not to block a users calendar automatically.
