Hi Everyone
As part of our recent enhancements to menu navigation, we have introduced an announcements panel on the right-hand side of the Serraview homepage.
This panel will be used to communicate outages, upcoming maintenance windows, recent and future release information along with other important updates.
This panel is complementary to our existing monthly email newsletter so if you do not receive it and wish to register or have accidentally unsubscribed simply send us a message through the contact form at https://spaceiq.com/company/contact/

Would be better to have a banner displayed with a date/time when the upgrade is scheduled to occur and how long it will take ahead of it happening so users can be prepared if needed.

Communicating to users within the app are part of great UX and when used effectively, a great tool for a positive impact on how users experience the product.
