Enhance API Functionality

Enhance the REST API to allow greater flexibility for integrating Serraview with 3rd party tools / systems. Including:
1. Provide access to all of the tables within Serraview
2. Allow for inserting, updating and deleting data within Serraview

This enhancement should include people, org, asset and security modules.

    Hi,

    Currently the only way to have profile pictures displayed is to share profile picture URLs publicly without any authentication measures. I believe this is not a secured way of sharing profile pictures.
    Profile pictures will be part of Azure AD for the organizations that adopted Azure AD for IdAM. It would be great if Serraview products can fetch profile pictures from Azure AD rather than just pointing to public endpoint (URL).

    Could you create a new API Endpoint for Organization Hierarchy.

    API call should return the below fields in the Endpoint response data

    Org Unit Name
    Cost Centre
    Level
    WFOrgUnitID
    Parent Cost Centre
    Parent WFOrgUnitID
    Org Unit Level
    Cost Centre On Level

    Serraview doesn’t have the capability to call our APIs to take data from us. We currently call Serraview APIs to deliver them our data (SFTP csv file)
    Our project aims to have all vendors call our internally managed API, rather than us sending data.

    REST API is highly preferable as seems to be the standard for other suppliers. Thank you.

    Allow API access to SAP SuccessFactors (PeopleConnect) to upload, update and delete data to and from Serraview than SFTP file drop.

    Pre-built capability to leverage data from an existing IWMS via real-time data transfers (ETLs, APIs, etc.)

    The specific business case here is that with an Asset API a client could pull data from Serraview in real time to another system, such as SNOW, to then be able to identify which lockers are free to assign to people during their onboarding process. This would allow for individuals to manage their asset systems more effectively and ensure they are consistent.

    An asset API would assist with the integration of multiple different products such as Service Now to allow users to more effectively manage their locker systems and maintain consistent and accurate Locker data across their platforms.
