As an Administrator, I sometimes need to make a room "unbookable". When I do this, the system should automatically cancel any future bookings for that room/desk and notify the organizer.
Alternatively the system should automatically book an alternative space and notify the organizer.

As an Engage customer, I'd like to be able to send employees notifications based on different sets of criteria (eg. their location, their org unit, their title) so that I can provide them with useful information.
There may be a UX to do this via the system; or an API that I can write to.
Examples:
- Local events taking place nearby
- Corporate events taking place nearby
- Emergency events in my building
- special offers targeted at specific employees
