Audit Logs
It seems like Audit Logs in 3.0 are not as robust as they were in 2.0. I used to be able to see who, what, and when changes were made at the building, floor, space levels... now it seems I can only see general changes in VBS? I would really love to see a return of something like the 2.0 Audit Log.

The Serraview Audit tool has been released and is now live! Audit Search contains the changes made to the Serraview data in the areas: Access Card, Asset, Building, Configuration, Custom Fields, Desk Booking, Floor, Neighborhood, Org Unit, Person, Role, Space, Tag, Team, or User. Please refer to the help site for more details, or contact Serraview Support or your CSM.

As a Serraview Administrator,
I would like to view all audit history logs without the 30 day restriction
So that I can better monitor changes made in the portfolio. -

As an admin user,
I would like to be able to filter by different criteria
so that I can more easily find the information I'm seeking.Filter by:
- Person
- Building
- Floor
- Team / Org Unit -

Yes, undo button... why is there no undo button...

Agreed. Need ability to investigate changes that occurred prior to the last 30 days. Also, current functionality does not show occupancy and other Space Details which changed like we had in 2.6.

Agreed - these audit logs are vital for us to investigate changes in parking, especially during FBT investigations. The audit log that was in 2.0 allowed for quick investigations on specific assets, without needing to leave Serraview.

Bring back the Audit trail on each workpoint in the VBS. Seeing who made the most recent change to a workpoints occupancy and how long ago this change was made can have a big impact on deciding how reliable the information is and therefore what to do next.

these include but not limited to audit history of:
1) floorplan upload, change, history,
2) spaces including when space was created, modified,
3) assets like lockers, storage, carparks. -

Having the Audit History view of the BOS would allow us to see what changes are actually happening from a user perspective and allow my team and the Support team to better understand specific steps a user took to better trouble shoot an issue. It would also provide visibility into processes that are not being followed so we can address directly with the users and provide better, more targeted training.
In this Audit History view it would be helpful to have an “Undo” button option to undo one of the recent changes. For example, if a BOS phase was accidentally deleted or implemented, it would allow us to undo that specific user’s action. Having the Audit History, similar to VBS, potentially an Undo button could be added like the screenshot below and would allow us to undo potentially any of the past changes as long as there is not a dependency in place (i.e someone moved a person around already in VBS who was accidentally implemented).

An Undo button would be fabulous!

When I'm on a floorplan and have any of the blocking or eraser tools turned on, I can accidentally change the blocking without realising.
I don't have undo or Audit History to view what changes I've done.
Can I please have Audit History in Scenario Planning so I can revert back any unintended changes. -

Currently Audit Log for any space changes is only visible on screen for a that particular space.
We need a this audit log report to be printable and also reportable for the entire history for that Station or even that person.
Example - Report Criteria for this detailed Audit Log Report:
1) If I search by a person name -
a) i should be able to see the entire historical trail of this person, when they came in from HR, when they got deleted, or when the move and when they move again, or when their org unit change, or their manager information change. i.e any changes related to the occupant/ person.b) The person making these changes in the system - date and time stamp
2) If I search a space ID/ space name, I should see the entire history audit of what took place for that station
a) Station ID changed, who move in and out, RC for station change, Station Type Change, Allocation rules change, tags change, etc. - i.e. any changes related to the that Station.b) The person making these changes in the system - date and time stamp
3) Site information Changes Audit trail:
a) Floorplan change
b) Furniture layer change
c) Building information change example, rsf, lease info, building name, building org unit, building address change.
d) when building was added etc.
e) who made the change & time & date stampAll these are audits that need to be available in reporting format.
