Space Booking Confirmation Email
Currently our users do not receive an email confirmation when they book/reserve a "Space". Only when they reserve a "Desk" do they receive an email.
Can the system be modified to allow the emails for the "Spaces" bookings/reservations also?
Whether the system is modified to provide emails regardless of type of space, or if there is an additional configuration setting to allow/disallow for emails for spaces, is not critical in my opinion. Though it would probably allow for more flexibility to allow the secondary configuration setting for the "Spaces."

Display via Secured Action - Spaces tab
An option to hide the Spaces tab if there is a requirement to hide them from a user's search for a particular building or floor

Make the teardrop selection pointer configurable in colour
When you reserve or select a desk in Engage it shows on the floorplan by way of a teardrop shaped icon.
The colour of this icon is the same as an already booked desk.
Is it possible to modify this icon to a different colour so it is easy to see the particular desk on the floorplan?

Enable Push notifications / emails
Management and staff may want alerts staff to an incident or disseminate an update. They can use Engage platform to push notifications to staff via the app.
Examples should include:
- Important Faciliites/Emergency information eg: "Lift under repairs today. Please use stairs" / "water leak on L08. please do not enter"
- Evacuation in progress
- When a selected colleague has made a booking, checked in or checked out

It would be beneficial to be able to clearly distinguish via a banner or means whether you are accessing Engage on the UAT or Production environment.

Engage: First Responder Icons and locations on map
When looking up first responders on a floor, instead of having to scroll through each responder to identify their location, it would be excellent if icons were loaded when enabling a responder type on the floor plan. This would save time trying to find who is the closest person to an incident and provides those who are responsible an easy visual to see potential areas where responder coverage is needed.

Enhancements to the Engage Concierge menu should include:
- Customise the location of text within the tiles
- Customise the font and colour of text within tiles
- Customise colour of arrows to move tiles
- Play a looping video (mp4 or gif)

Serraview BOS Module - Update Engage settings per Move Activity
When moves occur (via BOS, VBS, Workplace, Spaces) automatically set preferences for Engage (i.e. Reserving Enabled/Disabled, Booking Access). This will prevent reservations on seats that are occupied as a result of a move/new hire. Likewise, when occupants are removed, these preferences should reset to allow reservations. This could be accomplished via "preferences" on each space as well as default values on the Space Type. i.e., certain Space Types, by default, will either be Reserving Enabled/Disabled & will have an Identified default Booking Access when the space is in each of the following states: occupied, unoccupied, allocated, fixed, & flexi. Improve First Responders/ECO/First Aid Officer search results by proximity to the person running a search
The closest First Responders/ECO/First Aid Officer member (to the person running a search) is listed first in the search list. This would make it easier for people to contact an ECO member quickly, who is closest to an incident.

Centralized check-in in Engage
We would like to have the ability to enable a centralized check-in process. In addition to allowing users to check themselves in for a desk, it would be great if a receptionist or security could "check-in" reservations in Engage. This would help us enforce COVID safety protocols, as well as reservation procedures.

Remove auto check in for same day bookings
As things can happen when people are on their way to or getting ready for a work day, it would be great to have an option to make all bookings require a check in. That way if there is a no show, the booking is auto released and the desk/ space can be used instead of sitting unused as it is technically booked.

Engage Firezone Areas
Similar to the enabling and visibility of First Responders in Engage, it would be excellent if we could set firezones as this would allow employees to understand which zones correspond to which fire assembly points. Please see image which better demonstrates my thinking.

Add scroll bar to Reservation Assist's type and equipment drop down lists
Add a scroll bar for the Type and Equipment drop down lists. The "Show Available Spaces" field at the bottom of the page has an equally sized white field above it. Unless the user knows this, they could easily misinterpret this to mean that the displayed list is complete rather than scroll down for more options.

Modify Selectable Equipment in Reservation Assist
In the equipment section of 'Reservation Assist', all unique equipment/attributes show when these may not be applicable for the Users of Engage.
There should be a configuration option that allows you to select which attributes you wish to display in the Reservation Assist.

Booking Failed Messages Need to be more Descriptive of the Error
The error messages in Engage have no details as to why a booking cannot go through (examples). This causes users to believe the tool itself is not working.
1. Daily Booking has reached its limit. Please try another day.

Show Check In as greyed out or wording changed to Checked In
Particularly in the browser, it is not super clear that you are checked in, especially when auto check in is engaged. It would be good to be able to see clearly that check in has been done.
