  1. Concierge Menu Enhancements - Text location, gif/video backgrounds, tiling options

    Enhancements to the Engage Concierge menu should include:
    - Customise the location of text within the tiles
    - Customise the font and colour of text within tiles
    - Customise colour of arrows to move tiles
    - Play a looping video (mp4 or gif)
    - Play a single image or video behind tiles, without separate images per tile
    - Option for horizontal or vertical scrolling on either web or mobile
    - Directly link files from the Serraview document library for users to download

  2. Ability to 'Check In' directly from the concierge page

    Currently the check-in feature is not obvious and requires the user to navigate into the My Bookings to check in.

    It would be great if it was made more obvious to the user that they could check in by perhaps adding a banner on the concierge menu prompting them to Check In Now. If they could check in directly from that page without being redirected to the My Bookings would be ideal.

    This would reduce clicks and make the check-in process more seamless and user friendly.

  3. Engage Kiosk Features Enhancement

    Hi Team,

    We've been using the kiosk for over 10 months now, and I have some suggestions that could elevate the user experience of the Engage Kiosk app:

    1. Customizable Floorplan Orientation: Allowing customizable floorplan orientation would provide flexibility regarding kiosk placement and make navigation more intuitive for users.

    2. Enhanced Operating System Compatibility: Currently, the kiosks can only be installed on Windows OS. Expanding compatibility to iOS or developing a web-based version could improve configuration options in line with local security protocols.

  4. Kiosk Settings for 1 Room Panel

    We need a room panel / kiosk outside of a meeting room that is enabled only for that meeting room. Allows someone to view upcoming reservations and availability for that room at a glance, and reserve the room in that moment or for a future time when it is available.

  5. Disable guest login on the kiosk for bookings

    The kiosk currently defaults to enable a guest to book a desk. To assist with actual utilisation at a closed site it would be beneficial if this feature could be turned off so that staff could only select a registered user as the booking originator
