Customise error messages
As an admin I'd like to be able to customise certain error messages used within Engage to help employees understand why they are getting an error. For example, the error message produced when you try to book a desk further into the future than settings allow just says "we were unable to reserve the desk for the following days..." but doesn't state why which would no doubt frustrate many end users.

Prompt for Consent Message when booking a Space
In a post-covid world, we'd like employees to be prompted with a message when they book a desk to consent that they're not exhibiting symptoms of sickness.

Searching for coworker - Opt out of Search
Is there a way for individual users in Engage to be able to turn off their visibility (for workstation booked location) for privacy reasons or to only be able to search for your team instead of the entire company. This is a Security/Privacy concern for many employees.

Engage Concierge Menu - Regional Content
For the Engage booking app, it would be excellent if the concierge menu was geographical so that we can develop and display content applicable to a city or country. We can create URL's within our intranet to do this but would be excellent if there was a smart feature to enable automatic regional content

Unknown Person / Opt-Out of Engage Display
Change the manner in which users that have selected to Opt-Out of Engage are displayed in Engage.
Currently they are shown as Unknown Person on both the floorplan when zoomed in, and the card of the selected desk.
Suggest alternative description that clearly identifies the person has opted out of displaying their information in Engage.

Concierge Menu link directly to email address
Provide concierge tiles the ability to directly open an email to an email address E.G. "ITSupport@company.com".

Engage Check-In/Cancel Email reminder
When we receive the automated "Engage Check-In" email reminder at the beginning of the day, the CHECK IN link does a wonderful job in taking you directly to your reservation to check in. Super user-friendly and makes like easy. Great. Love it.
However, the CANCEL link does not have the same, user-friendly, functionality. Instead, it takes you directly to the Concierge Menu, and from there you must manually navigate to your reservation, and hit the trash bin icon to cancel your reservation.
Please give the CANCEL link the same functionality as the as the CHECK-IN link

Region level settings for smart social distancing features
The Feb 2021 smart social distancing tools (Book Safe, staggered entry and capacity limits) are ingenious ways to dynamically and automatically manage capacity and distancing.
However, there is a limitation for portfolios spanning different states/countries/regions - there may be different settings required for different local regulations.
Requesting that these new features are optimised to be assignable at a building or region level.

Engage - Find a person
Some clients I have spoken to have requested the Find a Person feature be able to be turned off, or the ability to opt into sharing a users location. This has come up in some Privacy and Governance discussions about requiring the ability for both individuals to be able to opt out of being found and organisation wide to focus on desk room bookings, but not include sharing of person locations as a whole, or without explicit consent from the individual.

Show desk booking as an Outlook "add day event"
This might already be a suggestion, but it would be great to have your desk bookings show up in outlook as an "all day event" on the days you booked a seat via Engage. This way as you are planning your calendar in Outlook, you can see that you have already booked a desk.

Improve usability and experience for the selected desk or space
As a user searching for a specific desk or space for reservation, rather than bold the blue dot on the floorplan, drop a pin on the floorplan (like google maps) to easily distinguish the desk or space you've selected.

Enable Reservations for Assigned Workpoints
As an admin, I'd like to ask employees at fixed locations to reserve and check-in to their desks so that I know they're planning to come into the office and that they did come into the office - important for back2work.
This would work by allowing Assigned Desks to be "Reservable" and setting the booking rule to "Assigned Occupants"

Desk Blocking for Social Distancing
When booking/reserving a desk using Engage, create a function that automatically blocks surrounding/adjacent desks that are NOT 6-feet apart.

Daily Roll Call Report
As a Receptionist / Concierge for a Building, I want to quickly see who has booked to come into my building each day (under covid everyone must book in advance).
When I click on the Space Name, I should see a floorplan with the space highlighted so that I can easily direct the person to their desk

Booked Desk Report with Floorplan
View desks booked using booking colour-by just like you view desk by person allocation or occupancy.
As a Property user, I want to view all desks that are booked today, tomorrow, next week, recurringly, etc, and then produce floorplans showing these to share with concierge, cleaners, FM, etc.
