Prompt for Consent Message when booking a Space
In a post-covid world, we'd like employees to be prompted with a message when they book a desk to consent that they're not exhibiting symptoms of sickness.

Engage provides for a Health Declaration process to ensure your staff meet your covid-19 (or other) requirements before being able to make a booking in Engage.
Please refer to the help site at https://support.iofficecorp.com/Serraview/Engage/Engage_Configuration/Configure_COVID_Compliance/003Set_up_a_Health_Declaration_Message or contact your Customer Success Manager for more details.

This is a great idea, my only concern is around the timing. If you book a desk a week out, you might be ok then, but come the day of the booking things might be different. I'd suggest linking it to the check-in feature instead, such that as you go to check-in it prompts you to confirm you're well. The confirmation script would need to be customisable by each organisation. We don't currently use the check-in feature (given other covid check-in's at site) but would switch it on if we could include this feature.

This has been asked for by two clients thus far and would function as the following:
Staff are required to complete the Survey and Answer in appropriate ways to gain access to wayfinding. The Problem being solved here is stopping those who have be unwell or ticking the compliance box of OHS in the workplace but at least getting information about the user before allowing them to book a desk. -
I think the prompt would be applicable to just-in-time bookings. For bookings made in advance, perhaps a similar prompt upon checking in is relevant.
This could be a separate prompt, or a prompt for the employee to fill in the profile page.

Block or release desk reservations once employee answers COVID 19 health check if they answer things like high fever or experiencing symptoms, etc.
