Automatically send users templated email instructions/booking confirmation
Client feedback logged 04/01/20:
"Ability to autogenerate reservation/ hoteling notification emails (e.g. booking confirmation, instructions)"
Current Workaround: None.
Additional Information: Allow users to configure templates per each building/floor/neighborhood/space. For advance booking, allow users to define timers for emails (IE send email X hours/days before booking is scheduled to start).

Can the mobile app prompt user if desk/room reservation is about to expire?
As an Engage Reservations user, i booked a desk/room for x number of hours. Being busy with work, I forget my reservation expires in x minutes but I still need the desk/room for further number of hours. Can the app prompt me that my reservation is about to expire?

Simplify Building Chooser
Engage shows a large region selection hierarchy. It even includes regions where there aren't any buildings. Can we simplify this?
- if there aren't any buildings in the region don't show it
- if there are less than 10 buildings in the system dont show a region hierarchy at all

Usage Analytics Data for Engage
As an Administrator, I'd like to be able to see Usage Analytics data for Engage so that I can assess how well it's being adopted and what features people like/don't like.

Engage Remote User
When a desk is occupied by a device detected on SVLive2 that is active via a remote session such as Windows Remote or Ctirix RDA, the desk displays as active in Engage with the persons name.
The person card should identify the user, but be flagged as "Remote Activity" to identify that the person is not active on site.

Improve visibility of desk pin on a bigger floor
User searches for a desk on Engage Web/App.
The desk gets highlighted with the pin but somewhat difficult to distinguish as the desk dot is almost the colour of the other desks

Validate Check In Data with Badge
We have a client interested in "validating" the Engage check in data with badge data in a report.
Are we able to design a new insights dahsboard that displays
Capacity & Assigned People Versus Consumption
And Workplace consumption is BOTH Desks booked / Desks Checked-in AND attendance to site (via Badge).
This would help identifiy people attending and not booking... and people booking and checking in remotely but not actually coming to site. comparing check in and badge would be very helpful to give a true usage / consumption overview.

Notify admins if neighborhoods are at capacity
The ability to notify Serraview admins when all the available desks in a neighbourhood or floor have been reserved and reached their capacity.

Reservation assist showing floorplan view
As a user, I would like to view a floorplan to see which desks I can reserve based on the reservation assist inputs and book the space visually because I don’t know where the desk is when I view a list of desk numbers

As an employee, I'd like to book either a meeting or working space in the future, specifying the date/time needed.
