Simplify Building Chooser
Engage shows a large region selection hierarchy. It even includes regions where there aren't any buildings. Can we simplify this?
- if there aren't any buildings in the region don't show it
- if there are less than 10 buildings in the system dont show a region hierarchy at all
- sort regions and buildings alphabetically

- Hiding empty sub-regions - hiding regions that do not contain a visible building or floor-

Allow an admin to customize / exclude group names. The Space Team may use different terminology than the rest of the company.
