Room Reservations - Situational Awareness
As a Space Planner I'd like to understand what's happening with my rooms/collaboration spaces.
The dashboard should show:
- Rooms
- Room Type
- Room Capacity
- Number of Bookings per Day

Double-Tap to Zoom
As an Engage User I'd like to be able to double-tap on the floorplan to zoom in, so that I can zoom with one hand (pinch-zoom takes two hands - one to hold the phone, the other to pinch)

Engage desktop app and more popup customisation settings
Would be good to have Engage page as a desktop app. That would allow quick access and pop up notifications such as
1. xx booked a desk for you, accept or decline
2. You have a booking today, check in or cancel
3. you have no booking tomorrow, place one or ignore
4. Your booking will end in 15 minutes, pack up or extend - packing up checklist etc.
A whole range of things can be much easier and user friendly if it just actively engage as opposed to passively awaiting people to go in and action. Improve Desk / Spaces Attribute search
Currently the filtering for the attributes is either one or all attributes that we select to be searched. It would be good to have an option to tick if the requirement of the search is to ensure the desk/meeting rooms have all the attributes selected not just one or the other. I would think most cases people would for example want to search for multiple items such as sit to stand and dual monitors for example.

Bookings over multiple cores - zone a & b
we have a client with extremely large floorplates, which appear in serraview as level Zone A and Zone B. in their VBS data they have a large neighborhood, which is set up as two neighborhoods in VBS. for static reporting this limitation is acceptable. But this has an impact on booking experience of Engage. teams in this neighboorhood, can in fact work on either side of the core, if they chose. how can engage and or vbs, be configured so the booking expeirence - working within a neighborhood over two cores, be configured when this is treated separately in VBS.…

Floorplan view that shows headshots of assigned people in seats
We've all gone through a fairly isolating year, and that experience is likely even more poignant for people starting a new job during the outbreak. It would be great to see people's headshots on the floorplan view so new users are greeted with smiling faces rather than a floorplan for a location they've never seen before. This could help users who are currently isolated feel more connected when they come back to the office as well.

Double Booking
Is there a way to limit a users credentials for reserving seats to a floor? We notice JOHN DOE is booking 2 seats on one floor. This is taking a seat from someone who may need a potential seat.
1 voteIn Engage, you can limit the number of concurrent bookings an employee can make.
For instance if it is set to one, John can make multiple bookings but their start and end times cannot overlap.

Report - Usage of Engage Reservations
As a Reservations Manager, I want to understand how well our employees are using (or not using) the reservations system. For example, how many bookings are being made, how many check-ins, how many no-shows over a period of time... broken down my business unit and locaiton.

Report - Bookings for a Person
As a Space Manager I want to see a list of Spaces that an employee has used/intends to use (booked) over a certain date range so that:
a. I can do some basic contact tracing - to see who an employee may have come into contact with
