It would be great to have desks/ spaces that people can only book and check into using the QR Code. This would especially work for Hotdesks which are desk that are not usually bookable as they are spare desks that could be needed at a moments notice.

This query has come up in a number of my conversations.

There is also an extended usecase - for those who haven't booked but want to quickly sit down at a desk, to be able to just scan the code and alert them if it is already booked or free (for them i.e. business rules aligning to space allocation), and if free - allowing them to book.

A QR code posted on meeting rooms or touchdown stations to enable one-click, immediate reservations for that specific space (two clicks would also be fine :))

Adding a QR code for workstation check-in, would be great as well

The Transport Workplace Accommodation team would like to be able to create a QR code that allows us to open Engage Menu Items. Specifically, They'd like to be able to use a QR code to open the app up to 'My Existing Bookings

QR code would allow any Engage users (on wifi/4g) to capture who is using the space, when, how long for. When coupled with reports that capture all incoming people via QR, it will be invaluable and would support their future of work strategy. It will also cover the gap where there might be contractors or users on 4G that would not traditionally be captured in SVlive reporting. Property also need to make a decision on their portfolio and this would be crucial as to how we can support them.
