A existing preview customer (name can be shared on req) raised that First Aiders and FireWardens are detains pertaining to Emergency situations. While it is GREAT these people search capability have been added to Enage. They are very buried in the app and require multiple clicks to find. They reported that the employee requirement to find a first aid and/or fire warden is usually performed under high stress circumstances. Given Serraview has a Concerige menu the suggestion has been made to launch a short cut to a fire/warden/ first aider view directly from the home screen. This would save time with fumbled searches that may be performed under duress. The same information can be displayed under a filter should "quick launch" from the concierge menu - Persons of Interest Preview.
