Bulk Update Person Records with MS Teams Chat Details
As an Engage and Serraview Administrator,
I would like to be able to import or bulk update an employee's record in the People Directory with MS Teams Chat information
So that I can update these details for all employees quickly, rather than one by one.

An enhancement has been delivered to Engage to connect to your Microsoft Teams, which will provide profile pictures and a quick link to connect via Teams.
