Allow users to check in to the Mobile App or Web Application at the exact time that users receive the check-in reminder email. Users report that they have to wait 5 minutes or longer to check in once receiving the check-in email.

IPad Optimization
Optimize iPad app and have similar admin interface from desktop to iPad. I'm always walking around so having it on an iPad would be great.

Sync Actual Time
Mobile app reservation start time should sync to actual time and shouldn’t even show the option to book earlier than now. If today is July 12, 11am, it shouldn’t give me the option to book from 9:15. As of today, if I just click on find a desk without changing start hour, app takes me through the process then rejects because hour is past and I have to start again.

Advanced scheduling for ability to book rooms for future dates/ invite others/ add zoom links
50 votesPhase 1 of future meeting room scheduling is available as of Nov 10 2021. Ability to book a meeting room for future date/time from web and mobile app (filter by assets, capacity, option to cancel booking) were a part of this release.

Search for spaces in mobile
In the SiQ mobile app would be great to be able to search for spaces by the number/ID. We have a lot of spaces that aren't currently assigned to an employee or don't have a name associated with them. Very difficult to locate an assigned space in the mobile app. Only way to do it is through the web browser.

Remove available pins when bookings are at capacity
When you use the mobile app to book a desk, even if you're at capacity for the day, you will see green available desks. It's not until you click book desk that you get the error message that your floor is at capacity. It would be great to see that first rather than second.

Office Newsfeed/Guides
A newsfeed of office events, announcements, guides, etc. that could be accessed from within the app.

Location Field | Remote Employee
Currently when viewing remote employees on the app, it does not have a a location for showing Remote. It would be great to have this location field added for all remote employees notating their Location as remote.

SpaceIQ App Wayfinding
We would like to see more features added to the SpaceIQ app. Since we are using neighborhoods instead of assigned seating, our staff needs to be able to locate where to find specific areas where teams might be sitting. As of right now we cannot look up particular floor maps to determine where certain areas are. We would like our staff to be able to use their phones rather than have to search on their laptops for a better experience.

Company Directory from App
Add a way to view all employees from app without having to search for them. Ideally a company directory showing the employees info and pictures in alphabetical order.

Homescreen customization
Allow customization of features visible. If client isn't integrating SpaceIQ into our room booking system, I'd like to remove it from the app home screen.

Floorplan as homepage
Mobile app will display office floorplan and user location utilizing GPS location that way employees can find their way in the office easily and book a desk more quickly.

Meeting Room Search
Show the meeting room location as a secondary header when using the search function.

Simple maintenance management
Archibus manages teams of professional field workers well, but as a manager of a mid-sized facility, I need a simple, easy onboarding maintenance solution.
I want help managing the flurry of maintenance and compliance tasks across the facility.
I outsource almost all work, so I would need an easy way to onboard vendors and reference their contract. I want the system to mail links to tasks in the system, so vendors can sign in and check off completion and link to their invoice.
