Ability to search by specific desks in the mobile app
We have a search field for searching persons or meeting rooms on the top of the home page in the mobile app. But there is no search functionality to find specific desks in the mobile app. But we have this functionality on the web app.
We would like to have the ability to find desks, persons, meeting rooms in the mobile app.

Manage and Bookings, filter for Booked by
Add a filter for 'Booked by' so you can drill down to bookings made by an individual. This would be very helpful for Admins.

Review suggestions
Someone should review the list of suggestions listed here. There are many outdated ideas that have been implemented - these should be marked as resolved. Some ideas are 2 years old and probably aren't going to be considered - they should be marked as such.
Also, there are many duplicates, and if grouped together would have a higher vote count.
There are a lot of great ideas posted that really should be considered.

Key Field for Spaces & Employees
Add a "Keys" field to each space and employee so we can enter info about how to unlock each cube or office or which keys a person has been given

Default all day
When booking desks can the system default to all day then if a user wants a certain time range they can change it, we see lots of staff booking desks but only for 9 to 9:15 as they haven't selected all day.

Ex. Moving a lab equipment from one location to another location.

Department Admin Reporting
Allow Department Admins to run reports, even if this was reduced to the Agile workplace reports this would be great. At present, Location Admins have too much power on the system. A company with a number of department managers this feature would be a massive help.

Enable employee assignment to Work Space with “Primary Seat” and "Secondary Seat" usage types using the API AND/OR CSV file uploading.
Currently, the only possible way to assign employees to the “Primary Seat” and "Secondary Seat" usage types (‘Space Type’- “Work Space”) is manual.

temporarily suspend reservations for certain desks
As an admin I would like to suspend the availability of desks for a certain length of time I determine. This would cancel any bookings during that time and notify those users that their booking was cancelled by their admin.

IT Data Information
Can SiQ be used to keep track of IT data information? For example: each cubicle has a data jack associated with it. Can the data jack details be added as an attribute to the cubicle in SiQ? Same with other data jack locations in conference room tables or walls, etc. Also can we add WiFi access point details to SiQ? And other IT related items in buildings? Would be nice if we can import the information via a spreadsheet into SiQ.

Feature to let Admin "Display As"
From an admin standpoint, it would be nice if we could have a feature to see SIQ from the general employee standpoint. For example, when I'm trying to show someone (screen share) how to use the system, for training or other one-off questions, if I share my screen, they will not see a familiar view since I have many other features than they do. Right now I have to have them share their screen for me to explain/point at things. I know other systems have a feature to show the application as if I am someone else. I thought this…

Archive for offboarded employee profiles and assets to remain accessible for offboarding processes and asset recovery upon employee exit. This would create an opportunity for our org to rely on SiQ as a source of truth for asset tracking considering our shift to a flexible work model. Assets tied to staff instead of just desks is a feature I'm assuming will serve SiQ customers better long-term as well. Right now, staff profiles and assets disappear based on integration design, which makes the current SiQ asset functionality nice, but not practically helpful when it's most crucial for our team's to utilize…

Ability to track known lease increases or rent-free months
Since the lease/portfolio sections of SpaceIQ show total costs and operating costs, it would be great if we were able to program in rent-free months and known rent increase amounts - some leases have a rent table that clearly defines rent per SQFT on a schedule, so instead of having to remind myself to go into SIQ and update figures, it would be better from an administration and realistic figure standpoint to be able to put this into a table (similar to the projectiojns screen) where we could have the option to put in monthly rental & operating costs by…

see what days have my time slot available
Enter a time slot (eg 9am to 5pm) and have the calendar display which days are available. At present I have to click on a day (or two days), adjust the time, click 'update', then repeat for the next day. It is tedious.

Limit what days seats can be booked
Our offices are only open M-Th so I'd like to know how I can remove the ability to book both desk & meeting rooms on Fridays.

Enabling a waiting list
Allowing people to sign up to a waiting list when the office is fully booked so they can be notified if a desk becomes available and either be sent a link to book or be automatically booked to that desk.

Restrooms, wellness rooms, break rooms, kitchen's should all be searchable.
Certain room types are not searchable. To make them searchable I had to trick the space type and make it a meeting room and then change the label to Restroom so that the restrooms are searchable. With over 100,000SF of space it would be nice to be able to search for restrooms, game rooms, wellness rooms etc etc.
