You need to allow people to create departments without importing.

I Agree, why can we add/edit/delete new employees using the website built in functions, but still have to manage departments using the spreadsheet ?

Also allow ability to edit department assignment for an individual employee or allow a bulk import withjout having to do bulk import for 100% of employees in SpaceIQ for a company.
