cancel links separate from any other links
As a user I should not be able to accidentally cancel my reservation. The link should be in a different location from the acceptance links, space links, or anything else that I might accidentally click near the cancel link .

Provide only ONE way to book a hotel desk.
Currently, on the web, we have 2 options to book a hotel desk.

The auto-cancellation time should be editable with 15 min. step
The auto cancellation time now can be defined not earlier than in 1 hour. There would be convenient if a customer can configure this time with 15 min. step and starting from the 15 min. after the reservation time.

Tab View to see which desks are open/booked across a span of time
Add Tab View so employees can see which desk are open or booked across a span of time, similar to MS Teams Shifts or when booking a flight. This will help greatly in planning their work schedule.

Configure scheduling horizon
Most calendaring apps enable admins to set the scheduling horizon for a given space to prevent users from booking indefinitely. For example in many orgs meeting rooms may only be booked up to 90 days in advance. We should be able to apply the same rules to hoteling desks. It would also be helpful of these settings could be set globally, by office and by workplace group membership.

modify single occurrence on recurring hoteling reservation
Currently you are unable to modify a single occurrence for a recurring hoteling reservation. For example say I have booked to be in the office every Monday, but will not be in 1 week as I'm on vacation. Currently I have to delete the entire reservation and reschedule.

Hoteling notification email - date/time
Would be great to get an email after booking a desk that confirmed your date/time for that booking. Right now it's just an email that it's booked.

Limit employees to only see colleagues in their department hotel desk booking
The ability to put a parameter around whom can see each others hotel desk bookings. Whether by department, floor, or team, this would be helpful and provide some privacy throughout the organization.

Buffer time to allow for hotel desk sanitization
When a booking has been made, if the system could automatically add a buffer time for (1hr) or any amount of time, the desk could not be reserved by another employee until it has been marked as cleaned.

Team would like to restrict hotel desks from being created within a certain threshold range (eg Can't book same day, can't book two weeks out)

Set permission for hotel desk booking by person status
We want to restrict permissions to book hotel spaces based on personnel status—for example, we want contractors or consultants to book cubicles only, not offices. And employees have permission to book any room type.

Hotel Desks Invalid Token Response After Booking to Cancel
One of our employees happened to book a hotel desk and cancel the reservation after it has started and it is giving an "invalid token" reply. Gabe from Eptura Support told us that "It is by Design." Hence, can you possibly allow to cancel a booking with no issues so that way other employees can book it again to free it up for other people to use? We are very tight on desks here and the ability to cancel would seem to be an important feature.

QR Code Opens To Website Instead Of App
Create a setting under the QR Settings for QR Codes posted at Hotel Desks to be able to open to the Space IQ Website instead of the App.
