  1. Similar to scheduling assistant in Outlook, it would be helpful to be able to select multiple desks and view schedule availability throughout the day.
    This would help immensely when using SiQ for scheduling/reserving shared assets such as EV chargers by quickly identifying which "desks" are available and when.

  2. Add a field to the Space Updates page to show who made changes to a space. When there are several Admins who have the right to make changes, it would be helpful to know who made a change to a Space Type or deleted a space.

  5. When booking reoccurring bookings the system automatically selects the weekends as well. It would be great to restrict hoteling to Monday - Friday.

  7. Add a cancel booking on the email that is sent one day prior to booked desk. The cancel option is available on the email received on the day of the booking,

  9. When you click on the question mark only the org units are displayed. It would be great if A) they can permanently be displayed and B) include shared and hot desk

  10. The client would like the ability to add customer space fields similar to how customer employee fields can be brought in. This would allow the add items like docking stations, networks, etc. to any space.

  11. The ability to customize the names of regions within the portfolio. Still based on location but more specific than AMER, EMEA or APAC. For example, US, Canada, UK etc.

  13. Ability for the move order list to prioritize in order which moves need to occur first. Essentially would give you a list of the order to move people in to avoid any confusion.

  18. Health Screenings for seated Employees would be very helpful as well. This seems to only be available for employees booking desks. Should our company choose to have each employee do a health screening prior to coming in each day, this would would greatly help everyone facilitate this.

  19. show an outline or watermark type background of neighborhoods and workplace groups in the employee booking view.

    This would allow admins to keep an open seating plan and employees could book desks in other neighborhoods if they needed to collaborate.

  20. When in Floor Map, I would like the ability to add a view filter to the floorplan which will remain until the user removes it. Currently, the View Filter once added is removed the next day.

    The filter I am most interested in is Employee Name and Seat Number
