add new version of floor map for planning purposes
When planning seating for a new floor map layout, it would be great to be able to upload a newer version of a floor map to keep hidden until ready. For example, we are planning to reconfigure workstations to add more seating, but do not want to change the current floor plan, we want to add a new version for a move plan with an inactive floor, without looking like we are duplicating seat counts.

Visual of seeing what days employees are assigned to come in. Preferably in the floor map for admins and potentially viewers to see easily.

Occupancy Reporting Enhancement
Currently occupancy shown in the portfolio tab includes all the hoteling desks as part of a particular floor plan. It would be nice to get a clearer and defined number to show the workstations occupied without the hoteling desks. For example, an office has 100 workstations and out of this number, 25 workstations are assigned to an employee and the remainder are 75 hoteling desks. The occupancy would show occupancy at 100%, however this is not a true number as it includes hoteling desks.

Add functionality to remove 'Remote' or 'No desk needed'
Add functionality to remove 'Remote' or 'No desk needed'. Some companies don't distinguish between the two, meaning two buttons have to be ticked instead of just one. Would want to see just 1 button (Remote).

With the many new additions of conference rooms with TVs and video cameras since the pandemic it would be great to have a new Pin to represent a TV for presentations and/or video conferencing to add into rooms such as kitchens and conference rooms.

SSO users to block/close office via SiQ
Please allow the SSO users to block/close the office via SiQ so no one can book. I currently have to go in and book each seat under my name and then "confirm/attest" each seat for every day I need the office closed for on-sites. And if I do not "confirm/attest" my seat will become available to book again and people start to come into the office. It doesn't matter how many coms we send out about office closure. Data Enhancement on Global Map
Enhancement request to display number of occupied seats/desks, unoccupied seats/desks and hoteling desks as a snap shot globally would help give an idea of data at a glance.

iOS clips the buttons for selecting offices when viewing on a phone. Unusable

Hotel desk selection on mobile web needs improvement
The hotel desk selection page when viewed on a mobile browser is quite difficult (if not impossible) to use for selecting a desk.
Some times using the 'Request desktop mode' helps, but more often than not, the page is not scrollable to reach all the buttons on the screen.

Make floor map visible to certain employees.
We want to show employees only the floor they can sit in.

In notifications, can the employee's name be the first instead of the last? This seems to annoy some employees. "Hello (First Name) instead of "Hello (Last Name).

Add meeting room pin for Zoom Rooms
Add a pin or icon for rooms equipped for Zoom/video meetings. Or the ability to change the green meeting room icons to blue or another color to identify different type of A/V equipment.

view entire booking
Currently under 'My Bookings' if the desk being booked under 'Space' is too long there is no way to see the desk you have booked. Hovering over this should reveal the whole text
