  1. In order for our "Office" reports to be accurate, we need one office (with one door) to show up as 1 office. However, we may have cubicle furniture set up inside this office that can accommodate 2 people inside this one space at the same time. Or, we can remove the cubicle furniture and configure this one office to accommodate only 1 person.

  2. Currently you can change the text of the check in box but the title "health screening" is hard coded in. It would be nice to be able to change that title or if it has to be hard-coded change it to "Check-In Message" or something like that so you can add things other than a health screen to it. This is a great place for protocol by location, safety or weather issues that may arise, reminders, etc that are not necessarily a health screening.   3. Keeping distance when booking desks.
    If an employee reserves a desk, all those that are too close will be excluded from the reservation.
    Or you can't reserve a desk close to the primary seat - distance must be kept.
    Possibility to select the area in which we want to apply the setting.

  5. Ideally we need to be able to raise the check in time to 72 hours and to have a separate time option for health status reminders. This will allow for a health status/check in to be completed on a Friday for a Monday booking. Having a separate time option to send for employee notifications for health status reminders will also ensure notifications are received in a timely manner as with the current settings with 72 hours before booking time if a whole working week booking is made then on a Saturday a notification email is sent for a Tuesday booking…

  6. If i book a desk for Friday but cancel the booking on Wednesday (t-2), then on Friday I still receive the notifications telling me that I have a booking as asking me to check-in

  7. The separation of the "Remote/no desk needed" button into 2 was an upgrade, for sure. As I've been training and delegating responsibilities to other team members, there has been confusion around the "No desk needed" terminology/functionality. I have to explain this every time, but it would clear things up a lot if it read something like, "No Primary Desk" or "No Primary Desk Needed." The confusion has been around whether or not clicking this button would remove staff's ability to book Hoteling Desks. Just a better UX, imo.

  10. Allow users to check in to the Mobile App or Web Application at the exact time that users receive the check-in reminder email. Users report that they have to wait 5 minutes or longer to check in once receiving the check-in email.

  11. The global default setting for hotel reservations is set for all of our buildings world wide. A department can reserve within their department only or the reservations can be made anywhere for any hotel space by anyone who has SIQ access. I would like a feature to set this default floor by floor in our buildings. Different floors/buildings or locations have different access requirements

  13. Navigating from user settings back to the floor maps for someone in a viewer role is not altogether intuitive. As a viewer I want it obvious what I should click on to see the floor plans.

  15. Change Checkin setting to add 18 hours prior to booking start time or if possible add the additional 1 hour increments of 13 - 23 hours to the settings option.

    The reason for the request is that if the booking start time is 8:00am and you us the 12 hour in advance setting for checkin that means employees would be allowed to checkin starting at 8:00pm at night. Do not see many employees being alert at night to do that. Instead I do see employees doing a checkin between the hours of 12:00pm and 5:00pm during working hours, plus the…

  16. We should only receive a notification (through phone app) and an email confirming cancellation once desk booking is cancelled. At the minute, I still receive several notifications to check-in and in my company case, doing health status even bookings are cancelled right up to mid-day of the day the desk is cancelled.

  17. Renumbering: in managing our floor maps and where desks are added to large open plan areas we have to renumber desks to maintain a logical unique ID sequence. Where employees have prebooked desks and have received their email booking confirmation (with the desk unique ID before the changes were made) a new email should re-issue to reflect the latest desk unique ID

    1. When filtering on "Location", allow option to select floor like you can in the Hotel Desk Booking Report. Currently you can only select a whole building.

    2. When filtering on "Department", add a "select all" option so I can easily select all departments and deselect the small # I want to exclude. (Our reasoning: we want to see booking data for employees that are not office-dependant aka Facilities, IT, Physical Security so would deselect those three depts)
