There should be a way to swap Area (which is derived from the Exterior Gross Area) for another value. Exterior Gross Area implies the organization owns the building, but for many organizations, they lease the space. Exterior Gross does not factor into calculations when we account for how much a space costs. We use Lease Rentable Area, and we should have the option to use that more prominently instead of fishing for that information.

Eptura as a whole should have more configurable options. Everything is very fixed, and fixed in a way that serves some but not all which creates a frustrating user experience.
