  2. The ManagerPlus API v2 currently supports GET and POST for /Assets, but returns HTTP 405 for PATCH/PUT methods. This prevents programmatic updates to existing asset records.

    Use Case:
    We need to bulk-update asset fields (descriptions, statuses, etc.) for our 2,400+ asset inventory without manual UI edits.

    Requested Feature:
    Enable PATCH or PUT on /api2/Assets/{assetKey} to allow updating existing assets via API.

    Expected Behavior:
    PATCH /api2/Assets/{assetKey}

    Would enable automated data quality workflows and reduce manual administrative overhead for maintaining accurate asset records.

  3. It would be nice to be able to have the ability in the mobil app to select several technicians to be able to add labor to a work order. Commonly, several technicians are working on the same work order, and it would be nice to have one person add each technician's labor on the work order. Right now, each tech has to open the work order and add their time individually.

  4. Similar to suggested POs, I would like a list of past-due purchase orders with the ability to send automatic inquiries to vendors regarding the status of these overdue orders.

  7. Clients need a way to force technicians to perform the Inspection/complete the Service Task(s) before completing the WO. Currently, the client can toggle on "Service Task with parts and labor" requirement on the Work Order Workflow Settings; however, a part is not always required.

    In the screenshot below, the technician was able to complete the Work Order without having completed the Inspection.

  9. Sample use case: Measure how heavily each vehicle is being used relative to how long it's been in service. This way, you can spot an overworked vehicle that will need replacement sooner.

    Vehicle: 2023 Ford Transit Van
    In service date: 200 days ago
    Total Miles Driven: 25,000
    Expected Daily Miles: 100

    Formula: utilization Ratio = (25,000 / (200x100) ) x 100 = 125%

  10. Enhance search bar capability to go beyond workorder number search or keyword. Customers are now accustomed to the mainstream experience of just asking a tool what they are looking for. Sample queries below: Followed up with a secondary question asking if the user would like to visualize this data in a visual form.

    “Show me all assets with more than three breakdowns in the past six months.”
    “Which vendors have the longest average response time to work orders?”
    “What’s the total downtime cost for HVAC systems last quarter?”
    “Which locations are consuming the most maintenance labor hours?”

  11. Currently the portal notifications are sent to either one person for all sites or a separate portal is needed for every site if the notifications are intended for a different email address. Would be nice to select several sites and set which email they go to. Seems like there is alot of requests for portal updates.

  12. The kitting function is nice, but would like to have the ability for the parts people to pull up the kit, select a part, and find the bin location from there to go pull the parts and create the kit. Also, there should be a bin location for the kit, so that the technicians can pull from that location.

  14. Feature restoration request. I should be able to view closed work orders as easily as I can view active ones. I shouldn't need to search, then adjust the date field with a new search because I guessed the range I needed incorrectly.

  20. Would like manager plus to have the ability to access the asset details thru the w/o module by clicking on the asset description attached to the w/o. This is helpful to the buyer who may need this info if he/she is ordering parts for the w/o and vendor requests it. Would streamline the process so you wouldn't have to go in/out of screens to gather that info.
