  1. You should detect Managed meeting spaces in Smart Calendar and if a user has administrator access (Group Admin).
    Use Case : I have set up to 24 hours the time to validate a meeting so the moderators have one day to approve a request.
    And as a moderator, he can book the room the same day via Condeco website.

    As Smart Calendar doesn't detect his admin level access, the moderator can't book the room the same day.

    In our org, we have managed spaces by some moderators and their distribution list has been added to the email template.
    Currently if someone books a meeting via condeco web to the managed space, the group approver will receive the email template.
    However if the user books the managed space in outlook (smart calendar) , the email template does not get triggered.
    Would like to have the same experience for both outlook web and outlook.

  3. If room capacity is known (i.e. Exchange supports this attribute of a room mailbox) then add a feature to optionally show room capacity on screens. A small icon with capacity overlaid would suffice and not take up too much space on the screen.

    This suggestion was created in 2022 on the old UserVoice platform and had already 22 votes.

  4. We have an issue when a board meeting is going on. We need to create a floating group for 30 people and assign a QR code to each floating desk. We keep it in the book for users to scan. This is very urgent, as we have a board meeting scheduled for the upcoming week. This security concern is for safety reasons.

    We have around 50 desks in the office, and for the board meeting, so many people are coming to the office or the annual function, we would like to have a command QR code that can scan more…

  5. The Mobile App should display your visitors in the bookings page so you know which day and who your guest are arriving. It would also be great if you were then able to edit or delete those visitors without having to go onto the laptop.

  6. The mobile app currently does not support any warning/pop up message as it does on the web version when clicking into the booking form.

    We use various messages based on the specific room that is clicked, the web version requires an "approve" or "decline" decision based on the message which helps direct users and acknowledge the given action.

    This missing from the Mobile App lets users bypass this completley and they may be booking the room without key information popping up as in the web version of the system.

    I think its key to have the web and mobile app…

  8. Would be helpful to have an option to select ‘All’ (like on the web version) to allow colleagues to book desks without needing to filter by workspace type.

  10. attributes cannot be saved on the profile, used for desk booking
    and need to be selected again and again by booking a desk,

  11. Condeco Magic Auth/QR Code Challenges.
    • QR codes cannot be rendered on our mobile browser as they are not embedded in the email – even if they were, there is no way to scan a QR code on the same device
    • Reliance on a desktop or 2nd device to login – means you need to display the QR code on a desktop to scan it
    • The Log in with Email button does not work as we do not use native Safari browser or native Email clients for security reasons

  12. Today, you can view your calendar and see the if your "team" is working at one location. This location has to match your default location configured in the app. You will NOT see your other team members bookings at other locations. For example, if my default location is set to NYC I will only see my team members that have booking in NYC. If I have other team members working from other locations (LA, Chicago, etc) I will NOT see their bookings UNLESS I change MY default location to their working location( LA, Chicago, etc).   13. Because after adding a department to the mobile APP, you can only book a seat in the department by clicking on the department. If you want to book other seats, you need to click on other departments to book other seats. Hope to add an Any option to see all seat

  14. I do not see the floor plan LEGEND in the mobile app. I DO see the floor plan LEGEND in the web portal. Can we get a LEGEND to appear in the mobile app as it appears in the web portal?

  15. Just because we have O365 doesn't mean that we use teams for meetings.

    We should be able to turn this option off. or give the user the option to book a teams or not.

    It is not our preferred system for remote meetings and we should be able to choose not to. It's going to cause a lot of issues.

  16. It would be nice to setup user profiles with preferred attributes for certain bookable groups?
    As with the idea of having Condeco being a company's universal source of booking various resources (eg. Desk, Car Park, etc...)

    It would be nice if you split these resource into groups, you can have certain attributes for each group, which is possible, but when you set your profile up, you can't have preferred attributes for each group.
    You can only have all your attributes listed in your settings, not for each group.

  17. At present, user can check-in their desk from anywhere from Condeco web portal or from mobile app. User should not allow to do Desk Check-in manually through either mobile app or web portal.

    Auto Desk check-in should only happen through mobile when user is around / near the desk. This will prevent user to perform desk check-in when they are not in office.

  18. Currently linked rooms aren't available in the mobile app and must be booked within the web application. If booked it's not possible to edit a linked room booking. Edit is only possible in the web application.
