Add room name under Upcoming bookings
Currently, when you confirm a room booking, you will see an upcoming booking confirmation on the Eptura Engage page which will state: the meeting name, the date and time, the location, workspace type and status.
However, it frustratingly does not tell you what meeting room you had just booked without having to click on another page or wait for an email confirmation to come through and remind you which room you had booked. Is there any way to add a column which shows you what room you have booked at an easy first glance?1 voteThis feature already exists.

Scrolling is not user friendly as it provides very minimal visibility of groups/floor. Dropdown is much user friendly.
1 voteThanks for sharing feedback. Unfortunately we're not looking to change the behaviour for the following reason:
Drop downs, by design, only allow a user to select a single item. However list boxes allow users to select multiple by holding down Ctrl/Cmd and select. This allows users to search across multiple groups.

If the person has not checked in, after 10am desks should be released for others to use
Many desks are booked but it seems people forget to cancel them which doesn't allow anyone else to sit on them during the day. It would be great that if a person does not check into their desk to allow them to be released after 10am so that someone else can book them

Make Cost Codes mandatory for specific types or all of bookings
We need cost codes for all bookings (excluding set ups, return to default or no shows) no you cannot edit a booking older than 30 days cost codes are missing on some bookings in our reports and we cannot add this. Cost codes are now only mandatory on bookings with Catering. We should require this for all bookings and set up a dummy cost code or be able to select which 'types' of bookings require a cost code.

When booking a meeting room wouldn't it be easier if everybody could see who has it reserved and if it shows as a tentative reservation or confirmed reservation so that if we need the room (and it is in as tentative) we can go to the organiser and ask them if they can release it if not required?

Cancel meeting
Make it easy to cancel room bookings. My today page doesn't let me, clicking on the meeting only allows me to edit it. To go to booking grid or advanced grid I have to fill in 100s of extra details like multiple memorable words.

Improved listing of Catering Items
Create a link so that it is easy to see what is included in 'Working Lunch A' as compared to 'Working Lunch B' etc.

This is already possible in Condeco. If an admin sets the "additional information" of a catering item then this text will appear in a popup from an "i" icon next to the dropdown menu in the booking form.

Enable the outlook Add-in to work with 3rd party meeting invitations
Allow users to book meeting rooms and register visitors using Outlook add-in for meetings that have been created by 3rd parties (outside of the organisation)

Send notification email reminders for personal space bookings
Send email reminders the night before a personal space reservation to remind users to utilize their reservation or release if they are no longer planning on going into the office - there is this capability already for meeting spaces

In the Group email settings, you can choose that an iCalendar event is sent to the user with a reminder that you can adjust. This way they get a reminder in Outlook about their upcoming desk booking.

Catering Create Before option needs to exclude weekends/give working hours option
It is not useful to have create before or by a certain time UNLESS you can also exclude weekends/specify catering available working hours so these rules are effective. Having people place orders on a Friday for Monday for example is no good for us - we don't have anyone here ordering and making food over the weekend. This is critical functionality that should be available in the product and many have asked for this over the years. Please revisit this.

Change the Book for somebody else - WEB version for a more user friendly one
Dear Condeco, we would like to ask you to change the Book for somebody else feature in Condeco WEB version to a more user friendly one.
Currently, when we select Book for somebody else, we got 5 fields which are dark and we cannot enter there any user data. To enter a user data, we need to click on Search and enter the last and first name of a user.

On the reporting tool, the users want to the see AV services information attached to the meeting room what they can see on the condeco application.

Summary: Default meeting remainders should be applicable for Quick book as well
• Right now, the default meeting remainders is applicable only in the “Open booking Form” and not applied while booking from “Quick book “(Book button in the booking grid) Option.
• While creating booking for meeting space, the meeting remainders not applied to the “Quick book” “(Book button in the booking grid) Option which is set in the User Profile. In a net shell User profile setting is not reflected in the Quick book “(Book button in the booking grid) Option.

Holiday Calendar is a simple and basic function that all calendars have, you need to improve your system and options to meet customer demand.
