  1. Recently the "Find a Colleague" menu option has appeared on the menu bar, the client is not using Personal Space bookings and would like this option to be hidden.

    Thank you for sharing your ideas with us, we really appreciate it. 


    In our latest update which is released onto Evergreen this weekend, we have made many changes to the Find a Colleague page.  You can now create a team of key colleagues and see when they are planned to be in the office on a weekly schedule. As a user's status doesn't necessarily rely on desk bookings, we feel that this feature is useful even for customers who only book meeting spaces through Condeco.

  2. It is not useful to have create before or by a certain time UNLESS you can also exclude weekends/specify catering available working hours so these rules are effective. Having people place orders on a Friday for Monday for example is no good for us - we don't have anyone here ordering and making food over the weekend. This is critical functionality that should be available in the product and many have asked for this over the years. Please revisit this.

  3. It would be great if Condeco had the ability to let you know if a desk you would like to sit at, but has been booked out from under you, frees up.
    So say you go to book your desk but see someone has got there before you, could you enable some sort of tracker on it to receive a notification if that person decides not to attend the office and frees up the desk?
    There's someone who is notorious in our office for block booking desks 2 weeks before when they have no intention of attending. Once we realise…

  4. Mandatory Fields When Reserving a Room: It is critical to our conference center operations that the number of attendees AND setup are required fields when booking a conference center meeting room. These two fields should be blank forcing the requestor to enter a value, instead of being pre-populated with a “1”.

  5. Dear Condeco, we would like to propose changes related to the Mobile application, both IOS and Android mobile application. When you open the application you get a Welcome page. Instead of that Welcome page we would like to propose to popup always the home location of a person. In that way, when somebody does not know, how to orient in a building, this can be very helpful. When it is possible, please popup always the location, which is choose by a user and when no location is choose, always the home location. Thank you.

  8. Team,
    This is being highlighted with the CSM and product team . I am raising this FR request for an existing issue which is creating noise across amendment notification which is coming from Exchange. This needs to be factored across Product team so that enhancement can be done with Synch engine to improve the service by filtering out noise coming from O365 interface. Idea which has been discussed with Product team "• Condeco Sync could check for meeting changes in the data source and then NOT send the notification on to the API (ICONICS) and also triggering the email sending.…

  11. When using the O365 plugin to book a managed room with services an email is sent to the user.
    Can this email layout and content be configurable?

    I find it inexplicable that this email should contain all services offered by the vendor even if they have not been configured for the room resource.

  12. Please add the functionality to book desks within Microsoft Teams.

    Right now you are working at a Teams integration for meeting rooms but this would also highly improve the user experience for personal desk bookings when users can book their desks via MS Teams.

  13. Connect a single room with multiple screens

    For large rooms it is helpful to connect multiple screens. For example one screen/tablet on entrance A and one on entrance B. With the actuall software version this is not longer possible, only one screen can be used. So we cannot change the defective screen and have to use only one. In the past with older versions it was usable. Referenced at support case: 00054433
    We would be happy and many other customers as well, when the functionality to use multiple screens on a single room will be restored and implemented asap.

  14. The business has raised a query to have the ability to view other colleagues bookings via the mobile app in the same way you can via the booking grid on the web app. This would be a helpful and worthwhile feature to make it easier for colleagues to make a decision on where to book their desk's.

  15. Allow for a more efficient way to reorder the resources for the booking grid. Currently they default to the order they were added in. To add something in the middle of a sequence you have to click the up or down arrow potentially hundreds of times. Provide drag and drop functionality or some speedier way to resort, perhaps something similar to how you can sort a table in Excel allowing for compound rules. Sort by Column A then by Column C

  16. In relation to the Smart calendar integration with Outlook using Graph API, we are requesting the following recommendation be considered for development by the Condeco Product Team.

    Smart Calendar should have the capability to be able to work effectively using ‘Delegate’ instead of ‘Application’, the reason for this request is to provide a more granular granting of permissions by individual users.

  17. I need to be able to sort by more fields in order to pinpoint rooms better. Example - Currently I am updating all rooms to have exchange mailboxes. I have absolutely no way of seeing which rooms have mailboxes unless I click into every single one. This is time consuming and prone to error.

  18. The emails for Heartbeat notification should include what screen is failing so the screen can be checked easier than having to log into the portal to see what screen is down.

  19. In a large organisation with 1000+ joiners and leavers a week. The email traffic created by notificaitons is Spam. also, beacuse you cannot change or select who recieves these emails. a random Admin is selected, sending unwarranted emails to that admin.
