  1. When a desk is closed, either via zone, resources or floorplan, a reason is prompted for and should be included in the subsequent email that is sent to the people who had just had their desk bookings cancelled.

  2. Can we have a report (in Advanced Reports) listing desks and showing which floor, location and Group they belong to? We have tried the Basic Resource Report but the Item Name is only shown for Rooms, Food etc and not for desks.
    Support have looked at this can couldn't find a way.

  3. The Hosts phone number to be made mandatory when booking a visitor. Host phone number made visible to at the front end when front desk book visitor in.

  4. Omnicom is requesting if its possible for us to upload the group configurations through the backend from the database with the DCS they provide, instead of the client having to do the Group configurations.

  5. At present, the bump email can only be changed in the back end by Condeco. If it is made into a template, then admins can change the text of the email, as well as use the template fields to include different information and indicate who it must go to.

    At present, the bump email goes to the Requestor. There's equal or more value in the bump email going to the Host too, as the Host was the one who was expected to attend the booking but never started the booking.

  6. Would be great if we could book desks on the weekend if needed without the app automatically defaulting and assuming everyone in working on the weekend. We have assigned seats, and given this it defaults to working 7 days a week, as we chose the functionality of being able to book a desk on the weekend.

  7. 1) The ability to allow the administrator to define when a desk resource is available based on a selective day of the week.

    2) The ability to allow the administrator to define a roster on when an employee is able to return to the office on a particular day of the week.

  9. Please add the following data to ATS so that we can build reports off it in PowerBI. Currently only booking data is available, so you can report on how many times a room is booked for example, but if there are no bookings for a room during your reporting period then it doesn't appear in the data at all. Likewise for the location data, it's impossible to build selection lists into a dashboard without this data.

    1. Lists of the following objects configured in Condeco
      a. Countries
      b. Regions
      c. Locations
      d. Floors per location
      e. Groups

  10. The bulk user upload file remain in the portal permanently on either success or failed jobs.
    It looks weird on the portal. at least better for the failure jobs must have delete or rerun options for the admin users.

    Refer my case #CNSD-3101 for the issue that i am facing because of this failure.

  11. Oftentimes, we know when rooms will be coming on and off-line well before the date they need to - It would be helpful if this information could be input for activation on a future date. Example - 10 new rooms coming on-line (or a new site) November 1. It would be great to populate all the information on August 13, and set it go live on November 1.

  12. Ability to register new user and their badges without having to book a meeting.

    User walks up to Condeco Device, presses Help Button.

    Selects Register ID & Badge

    Enters Condeco Pin and scans their ID Badge.

  13. I would like to be able to move a primary room in a multi room booking to another room. I would like to do this whether this is a Video Conference meeting or not.

  15. Currently, the title for private bookings - "Private Meeting", displayed on Wayfinder screen or Room Booking grid shows as it is even for languages other than English. The functionality works well for hiding the title of any private meeting/booking and masking it as "Private Meeting" but for languages other than English, there is no translation for the masked title. The title comes as "Private Meeting" even for languages like Spanish, German or French.

    This customization needs to be taken care of and should be implemented for all languages.

    1. What area is the Request for (I.e. Visitor Management, Booking Form, Outlook Add-in)? Room Booking and Email Templates
    2. What are you trying to achieve? What is your end objective? Email templates should have variable called 'Booking - LastUpdatedBy' which could be inserted in the template

  16. Currently when searching for a host when doing a room booking, if type the person's name, if their are multiple entries for different people with the same name, only email addresses can delineate the difference.

    At times, people may not immediately recognise the email address, so adding in say the business category (if that was the division someone worked in within your business) as a bracketed value after their name might make the task easier when searching through a list of people with the same names.

  17. It would be better to get reports which already have visualisations so that one can choose the fields to bring in.

  18. Hello,

    Please can you build the functionality to change the group order in:

    Desk booking

    Find a Desk

    Groups

    We have about 20 groups and when a user scrolls through the list of Department groups, they aren't in any order and users don't know where the groups are unless they have seen it before. Please can you allow admins to make it Alphabetical or custom order?
