  1. Although I have saved translations for attributes in german in the resource form editor, the attributes are only displayed in English. A translation would be helpful for the german users.

  2. Exchange sync is one of the most crucial functionalities for our implementation of Condeco. Last time this service stopped working, we have no idea until checking the Exchange room mapping settings, and it could have been down for a month at that point. Please provide a feature to notify admins when this feature is down, so that we can take actions in a timely manners

  3. Department mapping via SCIM would be useful for organisation's where new / department changes occur often from a single source of truth.
    Then being able to search by department will also allow it to be easy to find (e.g. IT - from the find a colleague)

  4. We need to be able to close meeting spaces for multiple non-consecutive days. Currently you can only close for one period with consecutive days. Closing for multiple non-consecutive days allows for any maintenance closures, weekend closures, non-working days closures etc.

  5. When using the O365 plugin to book a managed room with services an email is sent to the user.
    Can this email layout and content be configurable?

    I find it inexplicable that this email should contain all services offered by the vendor even if they have not been configured for the room resource.

  6. Please add the functionality to book desks within Microsoft Teams.

    Right now you are working at a Teams integration for meeting rooms but this would also highly improve the user experience for personal desk bookings when users can book their desks via MS Teams.

  7. Allow an administrator to manage Room attributes via the UI in the same way that they can manage Personal Space attributes through Meta Administration. Currently a Service Request is needed to make any changes in attributes for Rooms

  8. Connect a single room with multiple screens

    For large rooms it is helpful to connect multiple screens. For example one screen/tablet on entrance A and one on entrance B. With the actuall software version this is not longer possible, only one screen can be used. So we cannot change the defective screen and have to use only one. In the past with older versions it was usable. Referenced at support case: 00054433
    We would be happy and many other customers as well, when the functionality to use multiple screens on a single room will be restored and implemented asap.

  9. To allow flexibility for the release of booking slots for Meeting Rooms and other Resources from 0001hrs to the admin's choice suitable for the organisation, eg. 0900hrs.

  10. I would like to be able to not include weekends as being able to be booked. Whether they show blocked or unavailable, we would like this for at least meeting spaces. Preferably done by group.

  11. Please make it possible for location admins and group admins to administrate the groups.

    Currently, only country admins have access to this, but we have too many locations inside of one country and we need that location admins to have the option to administrate the group under the location.

  12. Add Business Category field to Basic user report
    Under this report it would be useful if there was a field selection for business Category. we use this along side department.

  13. In relation to the Smart calendar integration with Outlook using Graph API, we are requesting the following recommendation be considered for development by the Condeco Product Team.

    Smart Calendar should have the capability to be able to work effectively using ‘Delegate’ instead of ‘Application’, the reason for this request is to provide a more granular granting of permissions by individual users.

  14. Please add the possibility to send notifications to vendors only if the service options for the meeting were changed. Currently, it is only possible either to send a notification to every attendee and to the vendor or not to send it at all.

  16. Bookings created as delegate should also be visible and customizable in the booking overview of the delegate person. We have a lot of people who are assistants who create appointments for their supervisors and also have to adjust or check them afterwards. Therefore all bookings (also those as delegate) should be found in the overview of the delegate person.

  17. In a large organisation with 1000+ joiners and leavers a week. The email traffic created by notificaitons is Spam. also, beacuse you cannot change or select who recieves these emails. a random Admin is selected, sending unwarranted emails to that admin.

  18. As a user I would like to be able to change my booked desk reservation easily rather than having to delete and then re-book in multiple steps.
    I would also like to be able to do this from an admin capacity (eg to easily move a desk allocation for a new-starter or other user).
    eg:
    1. select a booking
    2. select "change desk"
    3. pick a new desk from list of available options
    4. done

  19. are there any plans to allow for hourly bookings for personal spaces? or even time specific bookings
    or even having both full day or half day available at the same time.?
    not everybody works 9-5

  20. When a Meeting Room must be requested a notification should be able to be setup to notify the Group Admins for that resource. As it currently stands, there is no way to ONLY notify admins for a specific group. If a user requests a meeting room in Group A, only the Administrators for Group A should be notified. Otherwise, if you have multiple groups, Admin will potentially get flooded with requests that they cannot approve.
