External visitor name should show on the floorplan with "booked by ___" and the internal host name.
When external guests are booked a desk, the name on the floorplan shows as the internal/host name. We would like the data to pull in the name of the visitor and say "booked by ___" with the name of the internal person/host who booked the desk on the visitor's behalf.

send direction email checked by default
When the box “Send Direction Email” is not checked off by a host, the visitor does not get a visit confirmation email at all which means they do not complete the Visitor Registration Form. Can we please keep the box checked by default?

Half day AM/PM both AM+ PM default selection
For half day AM PM desk booking it could be useful to have an option to have preselected both AM and PM for that day with 1 click. For where the majority will use full day but still allow half day bookings. Saving multiple clicks. Or allow half day booking to enabled by group or location rather than all or nothing.

Import allergens and article master data from external system
Import of allergens and article master data from external system. Allergen labeling is a legal obligation. Extra field for allergen identification for customer transparency.
Otherwise, the correctness of the allergen identification must always be checked manually and changes to the product must be updated manually by administrators and is connected with a huge amount of effort. Articles must also all be created manually. The accuracy of the data is therefore not 100% guaranteed, which is a no go for customer transparency. all/none option for all the users
Currently, only admins can see the option to select all available time in a week or reset all selections (all/none button).
We kindly ask you to add this functionality to the users with user rights as they are using the system on daily basis and this function is very useful for them.

Restrict "Booking for Other Users" to only certain users
Currently the option is global and all or nothing. But for someone who is say an executive assistant or team lead it would be useful to allow specific non-admin users to book for others while not allowing it globally.

Currently when the advance booking period for a group is specified in days the system allows weekends to be booked and counts the weekend days in the advance period. There is no way to restrict this. Weekend days are not bookable or counted when the advance period for the group is specified in weeks.

Notification when a catering item is added to booking
Hi, we have colleagues whom manage particular aspects of a booking and catering is one item that has to be checked via system reports, in this case we have created a custom report. It would be great if a nominated admin user/s were auto-notified when a catering item is added to a room booking. The addition of the catering auto-notification would be an excellent process improvement in that weekly reports and the system would not have checked on a regular basis. correct calendar appointment for PM bookings
Current behaviour:
If you book a personal space for AM+PM, only for AM or only for PM then you will receive a booking confirmation via eMail and the attached Outlook calendar invitation is set to 08:00 to 08:30 (user time zone).
Is it possible to make it different for PM bookings: If you book a personal space only for PM then you should receive a booking confirmation via eMail and the attached Outlook calendar invitation should be set to 12:00 to 12:30 (user time zone).

Holiday placed in Availability Calendar
It was suggested to have public holdays booked out in the calendar as well so then we dont have to place these dates in as not working however not sure if this will work with different states having different public holidays

Recurring Meeting Exclusions
Using the "Book a Meeting Space" function for a recurring meeting, I'm unable to book a room if there are any exemptions (i.e. if the room is unavailable for any of the instances). It would be great if Condeco would allow me to book all available instances, then offer alternative rooms for dates when the room is already booked.
