  3. We find that our meetings take 4 minutes to appear on the room booking screens. We are booking directly from Outlook or Teams.
    I have been advised this setting is configured in Exchanged and is known as 'TTL' and it is not recommended to reduce the time in this setting. If we do, it will cause issues with meetings not behaving as they should.

  6. Quick room search: when the Group drop down is set to All Groups, and one of the Groups (we'll call it Group A) is configured to require 72 hrs' notice to book - the From date defaults to a date in 3 days' time. Can the From date always show today's date instead and the search results reflect the fact that there will be no rooms in Group A available? This will avoid the user having to search individual groups for a booking for today.

  7. Liebes Team, es wäre großartig, wenn bestehende Buchungen, welche bereits stattgefunden haben, noch angepasst werden können.
    In meinem Fall handelt es sich spezifisch um die Anpassung der Zeiten, damit der Report nicht extra noch einmal angepasst werden muss.

  11. Could the Visitor Number be made visible on the Visitor Management Page. We would like to mark a Guest Pass as returned without having to ask the departing guest their name or search through each guest logged to find the correct one.

  12. Connect customers do not have the ability to see how may licences they currently have and how may are being used.
    If there was a way to show this information then Connect customer would not need to contact the CSM /Support or Finance to ask for this information. This will allow them to plan better and know when to purchase additional licences.

    Currently this option is only available to customers using Enterprise 3.4. in the About tab

  13. The calendar function needs to be made accessible to screen reader users like me.

    When I try selecting a month other than the current one from the calendar, the calendar disappears. Either make the calendar accessible, or, allow the user to type in the dates for booking meeting rooms.

  14. When a user creates another meeting for another date and adds the same external attendee, it fills previous details from contacts master record (such as email, phone, company etc), but the picture isn't stored

  15. It would be usefull if we could add/give a feedback regarding the status of a booked desk.
    If a collegue books a desk and leaves it dirty or in a bad status, the next user who books the same desk should be albe to add a feedback in order to track people who don't behave correctly.

  16. Dear Condeco team,

    We are experiencing issues with double bookings on meeting rooms. Since we can book the rooms via both the Condeco tool itself and in Outlook via "Room Finder" feature, the rooms in Room Finder are showing a green status, making the user think that they are available (despite the fact that they were already blocked/showing busy in Condeco). Upon selecting a particular room in Room Finder, it will be added to your meeting invite directly, leaving the organizer and attendees that the meeting room has been timely arranged. Please fix this 'communication' issue between these 2 tools.

  17. Can you show maps of the room location? Can you mention if there are connecting rooms like F-0288A and F-0288B, if there are any connecting rooms?

  18. We should be able to pin favourite rooms or be shown the availability of our favourite rooms. I imagine most people stick to the same 5/6 rooms they book. If these are available people can then look further
