A way to make it mandatory for guest names to be entered when completing a booking
We want to capture or record external visitors' information for Security.
We would like to make it mandatory for our users to enter guests names when Visitors are booked

  When external guests are pulled through from meetings booked via the Outlook Add-in but are not in the persons contact list, they are pulled through to the Condeco Visitor List as N/A. This is not workable for a busy reception team and makes searching for guests very clumsy and time consuming. It has been suggested by Condeco support that we should communicate with users to add attendees to an invite in a particular format, which is not a suitable or practical workaround

  Have the ability to make a global change for visitors:
Internal = Mandatory (Yes | No)
External= Mandatory (Yes | No)I can see this as being beneficial for offices where your reception aren't the first people the visitor meets, rather a security team in a managed or leased office.
Flexible reports or extracts of the visitor file should be customisable to fully provide the right detail for injection into a building management system.
