This would be extremely helpful for attaching any kind of relevant information about a booking. This may be a list of guests exported from a separate RSVP system for checking people at the door, or diagrams and descriptions for specific layouts or other requests that are outside of the norm, and more than a few words in a notes field are needed to accurately depict the expectation.

The attachments should also be viewable by vendors (or an option to share the attachment with vendors) in case the information is relevant to them.

This is important for us to been able to have information in one single place that can be shared with the different teams that are involved in a event. Example: attach a PDF that contains budget of a specific vendor that's supporting this event

For our work it would be very helpful if files (e.g. PDFs or Excel spreadsheets) can be uploaded in room bookings.

Make it possible to attach documents to a booking (pdf, word, etc.).
