Recurring options be expanded to select specific days i.e. first Friday of the month?

Anyone that has used Outlook to manage as many meetings on a monthly basis as I do would not be able to function without the reoccuring meetings flexibility that makes this kind of work more productive and less cumbersome.

Recurrence options in Engage are extremely limited compared to the options available in Outlook. Recurring meetings are typically scheduled for something like the 3rd Tuesday, and not always just the first or last, which is the only option currently available in Engage. Meetings are rarely ever scheduled to recur on the same specific day of the month (i.e., on the 14th of each month)
We need options to schedule recurring meetings that match the options currently available in Outlook.
