Enable the self-certification disclaimer on the web version

The return-to-office functionality includes a pop-up health disclaimer on the mobile app, but not on the browser version. This creates inconsistency and confusion for staff checking in.
Can we have the disclaimer on all versions?

    This will fix the massive loop hole in the Self-Certification disclaimer

    Turn on Self Cert. in the web version, not just on the mobile app.

    I wish they would turn this on as people in my office don't want to use the mobile app. We've actually had to delay opening the office for 2 weeks until we find another way of getting people to self cert. Not via Condeco!!

    People are reluctant to install the mobile app so we need to be able to self cert via the website.
