option to add rooms to country admin in condeco connect
Please add an option to country admins to add new rooms to the country for what they are admins in condeco connect.
Currently, only global admins can add new rooms, and then the country admin can proceed with the connection of the room with the screen. We need the country admins to be able to add rooms by themselves.
