Ability to send an email to all people with a desk booking for the current day in the click of a button; to be able to immediately broadcast information in an emergency event without wasting time having to run a report and export in to outlook.

Ability to send an email out to employees who have booked a desk for the particular day. This would come in handy for daily building notifications without having to notify the broader group.
