Upon a young person being registered via Condeco, an immediate notification is sent to a location-based distribution list.
Upon registering a young person, a confirmation email is sent to the host containing the Young Persons risk assessment.

Currently, there is no specific option that considers young person accompanying employee as part of visitor management.

There is a need to understand when we have minors in the building for safety & security purposes and to ensure risk assessment is considered when hosting a young person in the building.
