Problem: In Eptura, currently there is no way for an office in a multi-tenant building to give the building's concierge team a real time read-only view of the visitor log.

Option 1- A Read-only role in Eptura
Currently there is no Read-only role in Eptura. (Role we might allow Landlord concierge teams to have). Every admin has a base 'default' permission by which they can do some level of edit.

Option 2: a Secure link that is shared to the Landlord concierge team. This link again gives only a real time read-only view of the visitor logbook.

Both options allow building concierge teams who may not be on the Same VMS as the Office to access the visitor list.

Value: Landlord team can verify if a visitor is already registered/invited to visit an office. 1. Reduces to and from communication between office and landlord concierge teams 2. Faster checkin time for visitors/clients 3. More secure system of record.
