Web conferencing platforms info sync to booking summary
Implement a feature that automatically pulls any links from Web conferencing platforms (Teams, Webex, Zoom) into the Engage booking summary, when booking a room from the Engage Outlook addin. Would be helpful that our IT team have all that information automatically, instead of requesting users send that information separately.
