Configurable Advance Booking Period for Personal Spaces
Currently, Personal Spaces can only be booked up to 5 weeks in advance. Introduce the ability for administrators to configure the maximum advance booking period on a per Workplace Type basis.
Administrators should be able to define booking windows using flexible units such as:
- Days
- Weeks
- Months
Examples:
- Desks: 4 weeks
- Lockers: 3 months
- Pool Vehicles: 12 months
This would allow organizations to align booking rules with the operational requirements of different resource types rather than applying a single limitation across all Personal Spaces.
Pain Point:
The current 5-week advance booking limit is insufficient for resources that require long-term planning, such as company vehicles, equipment, storage spaces, or other shared assets. Organizations need greater flexibility to support different booking scenarios.
